Logistics fleet and warehousing merch across the route

The Mexican logistics and warehousing operator carries its visual identity across five surfaces: the long-haul driver on the Laredo–Mexico City corridor, the last-mile driver in CDMX or Guadalajara, the cross-dock lead in the Bajío industrial corridor, the warehouse picker in the Saltillo or Monterrey distribution hub, the dispatcher coordinating the regional fleet. The merch is the safety layer the operator wears every day on the route. We produce logistics and warehousing merch for the Mexican 3PL cluster (Estafeta, FedEx Mexico, DHL Mexico, UPS Mexico, Paquetexpress, Castores, Tres Guerras, Grupo TMM, Grupo Empresarial Mexamar, Muebles y Mudanzas), the Mexican e-commerce logistics cluster (Mercado Libre Mexico's fulfilment network, Amazon Mexico's fulfilment network, Walmart Mexico's distribution backbone, Coppel's distribution backbone, Liverpool's distribution backbone), the Mexican manufacturing-logistics cluster (Bimbo's distribution, Grupo Modelo-tier beverage logistics, Lala-tier dairy logistics, Sigma Alimentos' cold chain), the Mexican customs-broker-and-freight cluster (the Apodaca-cluster broker, the Pantaco-cluster broker, the AICM-cargo cluster broker). Every piece clears the operator's safety spec and the regulatory perimeter the route runs inside.

Driver apparel and PPE

The long-haul driver on the Laredo–Mexico City corridor wears branded apparel for an eight-day cycle. Heavyweight pique polo with the operator's embroidered logo on the chest and the operator's initial on the sleeve; high-vis vest in NOM-009-STPS-2011-aligned textile with reflective tape in 50mm width; mechanic's shop shirt for the maintenance lead; insulated work jacket for the northern-border winter route; NOM-004 textile-labelled. Sizes XS to 3XL with women's cut for the dispatch and admin team.

Warehouse picker and cross-dock apparel

The warehouse picker at the Saltillo distribution hub runs the cold-chain ambient at 4°C for the produce line. Branded insulated vest for the cold-chain picker; high-vis vest for the cross-dock lead; steel-toe branded boot (we coordinate with the safety-footwear supplier for the corporate-branded version); branded mechanic's glove (where the operator's safety protocol accepts the corporate-branded version). NOM-009-aligned, NOM-004-labelled.

Branded oxford shirt, branded knit tie (where the operator's dress code calls for it), branded blazer for the customer-facing team, branded polo for the operation-floor dispatcher. NOM-004-labelled, brand-manual aligned. The size curve is sized against the dispatcher roster and the admin roster, refreshed annually.

Safety-week and accident-free recognition

The operator runs an annual safety week with a daily-event cadence: PPE inspection, defensive-driving refresher, first-aid drill, accident-free recognition. The daily-event kit includes the corporate-branded PPE-inspection card, the corporate-branded safety-glasses pouch, the corporate-branded first-aid kit. The accident-free recognition piece is an engraved coin or a curated gift for the operator's hub that completes a calendar year without a recordable accident.

The cross-border and warehouse regulatory perimeter

The Mexican fleet and warehouse operator runs inside a multi-jurisdictional compliance perimeter. The NOM-009-STPS-2011-aligned safety-condition framework governs the apparel and PPE spec. The NOM-004 textile-labelling standard governs every garment label. The NOM-035-STPS-2018 psychosocial-risk-factor framework governs the workforce apparel and the wellness-perimeter merch. The Ley Federal del Trabajo governs the workplace-safety perimeter for the warehouse and the cross-dock. The Ley Aduanera and the IMMEX program govern the cross-border leg when the operator runs the maquila corridor or the IMMEX-accounted fulfilment network.

The cross-border driver on the Laredo–Mexico City corridor operates inside the USMCA preference criterion for the merchandise that crosses the border. The IMMEX-accounted warehouse clears the cross-dock through the IMMEX pedimento; the regularized merchandise that stays in Mexico bills under the IMMEX-accounted cycle. For the international 3PL parent (FedEx Corporation, DHL Deutsche Post, UPS, the freight-forwarder parents), the parent bills in USD; the Mexican subsidiary bills in MXN with CFDI 4.0 issued. The Carta Porte 3.0 freight manifest covers the multi-site delivery from our CEDIS in Tlalnepantla to the regional hub.

Frequently asked questions

Can you coordinate the apparel with the operator's PPE supplier?

Yes — we coordinate with the operator's PPE supplier for the corporate-branded version of the safety boot, the safety glasses, the high-vis vest, and the insulated glove.

Can you manage the cold-chain apparel spec?

Yes — the cold-chain apparel spec (insulated vest, cold-chain glove, the ambient-4°C textile) is produced to the operator's cold-chain protocol. We coordinate with the operator's cold-chain EHS team on the textile spec.

Can you bill the international 3PL parent in USD?

Yes — the international parent bills in USD; the Mexican subsidiary bills in MXN with CFDI 4.0. Both share a single supplier relationship and a single delivery calendar.

Is Corp-Merch an official partner of any logistics operator named on this page?

No. Corp-Merch.MX is an independent workshop that produces logistics and warehousing merch.
