Mexican influencer-network merch runs against the content calendar

Mexican influencer networks operate against a content calendar the European and US networks do not share. The Hot Sale (May) and El Buen Fin (November) campaigns drive the AMVO-aligned creator-marketing cycle; the Día de Muertos (early November) campaign drives the seasonal creator-marketing cycle; the back-to-school (August) campaign drives the K-12 creator-marketing cycle; the Mexican Independence Day (September 15-16) campaign drives the patriotic creator-marketing cycle; the Christmas-season (December) campaign drives the year-end creator-marketing cycle.

The merch has to read as the content. The creator reads the procurement spec sheet the same way they read the brand's content brief — the merch has to land in the creator's content, the merch has to look good on camera, the merch has to be the kind of object the creator's audience would want. When the merch lands on the creator's desk and it's the wrong object, the brand loses the creator and the audience.

Programs we run for influencer networks

Creator-cycle and top-creator gifting

For the network's creator-cycle and top-creator gifting — annual cycle program targeted to the top 50–500 creators. Premium tier uses Italian vegetable-tanned leather from the Toscana partner; standard tier uses Mexican full-grain leather sourced in León, Guanajuato. Both tiers can be paired with a curated Mexican product (Oaxaca mezcal, Yucatán honey, Jalisco coffee). Per-cycle runs of 25–500 pieces with the creator's content calendar.

Brand-partner and campaign-launch kits

For the brand-partner and campaign-launch cycle — Hot Sale, El Buen Fin, Día de Muertos, back-to-school, Mexican Independence Day, Christmas-season — branded apparel, premium presentation kits, gift-quality items for the brand-partner table. Per-campaign runs of 50–500 pieces with the creator-network's brand-manual fidelity.

Influencer Marketing Association and creator-conference presence

For the IMA (Influencer Marketing Association) annual conference, the VidSummit, the Playlist Live, the Mexican creator-economy-aligned conference cycle — branded apparel, premium presentation kits, gift-quality items for the international partner and creator table. USD billing standard.

Recruiting-cycle kits

For the influencer network's campaign-management, creator-relations, and analytics hiring cycle — new-hire welcome kit with branded apparel, art-direction notebook, encrypted USB, custom drinkware. Monthly runs of 5–25 kits, annual runs of 50–250 for the larger networks.

Camera-ready merch has to read camera-ready

Creator-grade merch has to read camera-ready. The Pantone palette, the embroidery thread colour, the leather quality, the pen weight — every detail has to land on camera. When the creator films the unboxing for the audience, the merch has to look as good as the content. When the colour is one shade off, the brand loses the creator and the audience.

For unique constructions (custom die-cut stickers, custom mailer boxes with the network's print, custom woven labels with the network mark, custom dye-sublimated microfibre for the apparel tier) we sample in our CDMX workshop before committing to the production run. The Pantone-match approval sample travels with the production run, so the network's brand team can verify the colour match before the production run ships.
