Franchise network merch across the multi-unit brand

The Mexican franchise network is a multi-unit brand that runs against the in-store standard every hour of every day. The franchisee at the new opening receives an onboarding kit; the regional manager at the quarterly meeting carries the corporate apparel; the unit staff wears the in-store uniform on the floor; the mystery-shopper-recognition cycle rewards the unit that hits the operational standard. The merch is the operational layer that ties 500 units to one brand-manual. We produce franchise-network merch for the Mexican QSR cluster (McDonald's Mexico, Burger King Mexico, Starbucks Mexico, Krispy Kreme Mexico, Domino's Mexico, Pizza Hut Mexico, Subway Mexico, KFC Mexico, Taco Bell Mexico, Vips Mexico, El Pollo Pepe), the Mexican retail-and-convenience cluster (OXXO, 7-Eleven Mexico, Circle K Mexico, Farmacias del Ahorro, Farmacias Guadalajara, Farmacias Benavides, Office Depot Mexico), the Mexican service-franchise cluster (Cinemex, Cinepolis VIP, Hertz Mexico, Avis Mexico, Europcar Mexico, Interceramic-aligned design centre), the Mexican education-and-services franchise cluster (the Kumon-aligned franchise, the Cambridge-aligned franchise, the Helen-Deutsch-aligned language franchise). Every piece clears the franchise's brand-manual and the operational standard the unit measures against.

Four merch categories across the franchise network

Franchisee onboarding kits

The new franchisee at the pre-opening stage receives an onboarding kit with the brand-manual, the operational manual, the marketing toolkit, and the corporate apparel for the unit staff. The kit ships to the franchisee's office or the unit address; the unit-staff apparel ships against the unit's headcount and size curve. The franchisee's first-year mentor receives a curated gift at the year-end review. NOM-004 textile-labelled; the brand-manual's color system runs the apparel and the merchandise.

Regional manager conferences

The regional manager conference gathers 100–500 regional managers at the brand's annual meeting. The conference merch is the layered kit: corporate-branded apparel for the duration of the conference; corporate-branded notebook and pen; corporate-branded water bottle; corporate-branded name badge with the regional manager's name. The President's Circle tier receives a curated gift at the recognition gala. Allocation by name; the President's Circle run of 25–100 pieces is hand-numbered.

In-store uniform standards

The in-store uniform cycle runs across the multi-unit network with a 6–12 month cadence. The brand's polo in the corporate palette, the brand's apron, the brand's cap, the brand's name badge with the staff member's name. Sizes XS to 3XL with women's cut for the front-of-house staff. The size curve is sized against the unit roster and refreshed quarterly; the per-unit run ships against the unit-specific delivery schedule under Carta Porte 3.0.

Mystery-shopper and unit-recognition programs

The mystery-shopper program measures the unit against the operational standard; the unit-recognition program rewards the unit that hits the standard. The mystery-shopper kit is the corporate-branded clipboard, the corporate-branded survey form holder, the corporate-branded pen. The unit-recognition kit is the engraved plaque with the unit's name and the quarter's ranking, the corporate-branded curated gift for the unit's manager. Allocation by unit; the per-unit run reconciles against the operational-ranking database.

The multi-unit network's procurement and logistics perimeter

The Mexican franchise network operates inside a multi-unit procurement perimeter. The brand's master franchisee (the parent or the master franchisee) books the network-wide merch in USD or MXN against the parent entity; the unit-level franchisee books the unit-specific merch in MXN. The Carta Porte 3.0 freight manifest covers the multi-site delivery from our CEDIS in Tlalnepantla to each unit's address. The CFDI 4.0 issuance tracks the unit's expense policy: USO CFDI G03 for the kits distributed at the conference or the onboarding; USO CFDI I04 for the merchandise retained in the unit's inventory.

The cross-border franchise network — the US parent (McDonald's Corporation, Starbucks Corporation, Yum! Brands, Restaurant Brands International, 7-Eleven Inc., Couche-Tard's Circle, Inc.) — books the global merch budget in USD; the Mexican master franchisee books the Mexico-specific merch budget in MXN. Both share a single supplier relationship and a single multi-unit dispatch calendar. The international brand's operations manual aligns with the Mexican franchise's brand-manual through the regional operating partner; the merch's per-piece spec is filed against the operational manual and the multi-unit procurement cycle.

Production windows, MOQ and pricing

Franchisee onboarding kit — from MXN $685 before 16% IVA on a 50-piece run; sequenced against the unit-opening calendar. Regional manager conference merch — from MXN $485 on a 200-piece run; layered against the conference schedule. In-store uniform with embroidery — from MXN $385 on a 100-piece run; annual cycles of 5,000–50,000 pieces per network. Mystery-shopper kit — from MXN $185 per kit on a 250-piece run; aligned to the mystery-shopper calendar. Unit-recognition gift — from MXN $985 per piece on a 50-piece run; sequenced against the operational-ranking database.

Lead time for the apparel is 14–21 working days from artwork approval; 10 days for the conference merch and the mystery-shopper kit; 21 days for the unit-recognition gift with the hand-stamped detail. For the multi-unit network, we hold the master brand-manual file and the master size curve file; the per-unit run reconciles against the master file and ships against the unit-specific delivery schedule. The unit receiving the merch documents the per-recipient allocation against the operational standard file.
