Creative agency merch in Mexico

Boutique-grade merch for the independent creative-agency and design-studio ecosystem — Anagrama (Monterrey, CDMX, Madrid), Futura (CDMX), Triciclo (CDMX), Estudio Arróbora (CDMX), Bravo (CDMX), Benito (CDMX), Nido (Guadalajara, CDMX), Porvenir (CDMX), Flock (CDMX), Rebolledo (CDMX), La Doble A (CDMX), Anónimo (CDMX), the boutique network along the Roma-Condesa-Polanco corridor, the Guadalajara design cluster (Nido GDL, Mostro, Cadena), the Monterrey design cluster (Anagrama MTY, R70, Regia).

Boutique agencies run on art direction, not procurement

Boutique creative agencies in Mexico operate very differently from the holding-group shops. The art direction comes from the studio's creative director — Anagrama's Gustavo Muñoz, Futura's Diego Wallis, Triciclo's founding partners — and the merch has to land as a faithful expression of the studio's visual language. Pantone palette, typography, materials, moodboard, logo art direction — every element has to clear the studio's brand fidelity.

The pitch-kit cycle is the most time-sensitive brief the studio sends. The boutique has a 7–14 day window between the close of the pitch's creative direction and the client meeting. Producing a premium kit inside that window requires: production in our CDMX workshop with rapid-response capacity, materials in stock or with lead time under 7 days, packaging with the art direction applied (mixed technique: hot stamping, screen printing, label, sticker, custom insert), and courier delivery with confirmation to the studio's CDMX office or wherever the studio requests.

Programs we run for boutique creative agencies

Boutique pitch kits

Creative box with a premium local product targeted to the prospective client (Baja wine for a winery pitch, Jalisco tequila for a distillery pitch, Oaxaca mezcal for a restaurant pitch, Yucatecan honey for a honey brand pitch), an original graphic piece from the studio's art director, the founder's personalised card with the value proposition, packaging with the art direction that matches the pitch moodboard. Per-pitch runs of 5–30 pieces delivered to the studio's office 48 hours before the client meeting.

Studio-self merch and internal swag

For the studio's internal staff — new-hire welcome kit with tote bag, art-direction notebook, logo polo or hoodie, Tonalá ceramic mug, encrypted USB, branded bottled water. Monthly runs of 3–10 kits for studios with constant hiring, annual runs of 50–150 pieces for studios with an internal anniversary program.

Industry-event and festival presence

For studios hosting or participating in industry events (Festival El Dorado, Carpas de Innovación, Cumbre de Mercadotecnia, Semana del Marketing, IAB Mexico, AMVO, Effie Awards Mexico, WPP Stream Mexico, Círculo de Oro from Círculo Creativo de México, Design Week Mexico, MXCDMX, Abierto Mexicano de Diseño): staff merch, attendee merch, media gifting. Per-event runs of 50–500 pieces with venue delivery 24–48 hours before build-up.

Self-published merch and the studio's retail drop

For studios that publish their own merch (Anagrama's objects line, Nido's design objects, the Estudio Arróbora ceramics line) — small-batch production runs of 50–500 pieces per drop, with the studio's retail-channel and direct-to-consumer fulfillment. NOM-004 textile labelling where applicable, NOM-009-STPS-2011 alignment for the safety footwear where the studio publishes its own object line.

Art direction is the entire brief

For boutique studios, the art direction is the entire brief. The studio sends us the moodboard, the Pantone palette, the typography, the materials reference, the logo art direction, and the voice tone. The merch proposal we hand the studio respects every element of the art direction without flattening it. When the boutique walks into a soft-drink pitch carrying generic merch, the pitch has lost before the deck opens.

The pitch brief is especially time-sensitive. We work with the studio's art director and creative team from the initial brief. For unique constructions (sublimated microfiber, debossed Tyvek, custom silicone wristbands with embedded NFC, hand-stitched leather objects) we sample in our CDMX workshop before committing to the production run. The Pantone-match approval sample travels with the production run, so the studio's art director can verify the colour match before the pitch kit ships.

Art direction fidelity?

Yes — the studio's art director is the client. We work with the Pantone palette, typography, materials, moodboard, logo art direction, voice tone. The merch proposal respects every element without flattening it.

Self-published merch production?

Yes — small-batch production runs of 50–500 pieces per drop, with the studio's retail-channel and direct-to-consumer fulfillment. NOM-004 textile labelling where applicable.

Industry-event presence — bilingual ES/EN?

Yes — bilingual Spanish/English attendee collateral is the default for international-attended events (Design Week Mexico, Abierto Mexicano de Diseño).

Venue delivery 24–48 hours before build-up?

Yes — venue delivery 24–48 hours before the event opens is the standard window. We coordinate with the studio's event lead on the receiving window.
