Quarter summary

Q3 2026 closed with twenty-five per cent growth in pieces delivered against the same quarter of 2025. Revenue grew twenty-two per cent, with average ticket per programme up four per cent year-on-year. The operation concentrated on the kick-off of fiscal year-end peak season planning.

The most active sectors were IMMEX, banking and mass consumer. Government kicked off the tender calendar for year-end. Education kicked off admissions for the 2026-2027 school cycle. Hospitality kicked off uniform planning for the Caribbean and Pacific high seasons.

Back to school and education

Back to school in August generated a dense calendar for universities, K-12 schools and language schools. Universities requested admission kits for new students with a calendar concentrated in July and August. K-12 schools requested uniforms for the school cycle starting in September. Language schools requested teacher uniforms and award kits.

Decoration techniques concentrated on screen printing and embroidery for uniforms, and on DTF and sublimation for admission kits with programme-personalised motifs. CFDI 4.0 invoicing broke down per site and programme when the institution operates with multiple campuses.

IMMEX sector signals

The IMMEX sector consolidated the order calendar reactivated in Q2. Manufacturers in the Bajío, Saltillo and Juárez requested operational uniforms for the fiscal year-end personnel rotation. Volume per plant stayed at one to two thousand pieces per quarter. CFDI 4.0 invoicing carried the payment complement where applicable and the Carta Porte 3.0 complement when transport ran through our logistics network.

For manufacturers with robust IMMEX programmes, we handled the export pedimento when the fabric was imported from Asia. For manufacturers with local textile sourcing we simplified the chain. Invoicing was per plant with breakdown by cost centre when the plant runs multiple cost centres.

Patriotic holidays and mass consumer

Patriotic holidays in September generated targeted campaigns for mass consumer, banking and government. Store chains requested merch with patriotic motifs for the point of sale. Banks requested pieces for internal communications with patriotic motifs. Federal and state government requested pieces for official ceremonies and public events.

Volume was moderate — not comparable to Hot Sale or Buen Fin — but enough to keep the operation at capacity. Decoration techniques concentrated on screen printing and embroidery for unit cost on medium runs. CFDI 4.0 invoicing was issued within two business days of delivery.

Fiscal year-end planning

Q3 is peak season for kicking off fiscal year-end planning. Enterprise clients on annual programmes closed the quarterly forecast and confirmed capacity reservations for the October to December peak season. Clients with point consumption kicked off year-end order planning with four to six weeks' notice.

Workshop operations kicked off peak season preparation with the expansion of laser engraving capacity via an additional unit. The second DTF line entered operation for short runs with full-colour personalisation. Operator learning curves were monitored with internal audit over the first hundred runs.

Decoration techniques and materials

Distribution by decoration technique: screen printing forty-two per cent of customised pieces, embroidery thirty-five per cent, DTF twelve per cent, sublimation six per cent, laser engraving four per cent, hot-stamping one per cent. Embroidery grew due to school uniforms and corporate uniforms. Laser engraving grew due to the new unit installed during the quarter.

Materials stayed steady — ringspun cotton, piqué, french terry, polar. The GOTS cotton line grew for premium runs and the GRS polyester line for tote bags and backpacks. Lot-level traceability was kept for three years for audit purposes.

Commercial calendars and logistics

The commercial calendar of Q3 was moderate. Back to school in August, patriotic holidays in September. The logistics operation ran at standard capacity with deliveries averaging six business days. The fiscal year-end peak season started with the preparation of additional plant capacity.

CFDI 4.0 invoicing was issued within two business days of delivery. Clarification handling was done within four business hours. The integration with SAP, Oracle and NetSuite of enterprise clients stayed stable with no webhook or customer portal drops.

What we look forward to

For Q4 we expect the strongest growth of the year, aligned with the IMMEX peak season, the Caribbean and Pacific high seasons, Buen Fin, Black Friday, end-of-year Hot Sale and corporate anniversaries. The workshop operation will run at full capacity between weeks forty-four and fifty-one with an additional shift at the plant.

For clients on an annual programme we maintain the delivery calendar and quarterly forecast. Adjustments on the fly are notified to the customer at least two weeks ahead. When a regulatory change affects the operation, we notify the customer and adjust compliance within thirty days. CFDI 4.0 invoicing stays impeccable with no SAT observations during the quarter.
