CDMX and metropolitan area

The metropolitan area of Mexico City concentrates approximately half of the workshop's corporate customers. Ratings collected in 2024 and 2025 consistently show high satisfaction in delivery times for medium and large runs, in brief compliance and in uniform sizing management. The recurring observation is the importance of coordinating deliveries with corporate access protocol in Polanco, Santa Fe, Reforma and Lomas, where the dock window is strict and the schedule is respected to the minute.

For corporate customers with multiple locations in CDMX and the conurbation, ratings highlight the convenience of a single point of contact for all plazas. For government agencies, ratings mention compliance with CFDI 4.0 billing requirements, timely submission of legal documentation and delivery with signed acknowledgement by the warehouse manager.

Monterrey and Nuevo León

Monterrey and the metropolitan area concentrate corporate customers with robust uniform programmes — companies with manufacturing plants, distribution centres and corporate offices in the northern Bajío. Ratings from the manufacturing sector highlight compliance with applicable NOM standards, material traceability and submission of documented evidence for internal audits.

For corporate customers based in San Pedro Garza García and offices in Torre Reforma, ratings highlight the ability to produce medium runs with consistent quality and flexibility to handle last-minute changes. The real estate sector in Monterrey is particularly demanding with premium item quality — leather notebooks, pens, thermos bottles — and ratings consistently show high satisfaction.

Guadalajara and the west

Guadalajara, Zapopan, Tlaquepaque and the Bajío area — León, Irapuato, Silao, Salamanca — concentrate customers from the technology, healthcare and education sectors. Ratings from the tech sector highlight response speed for urgent runs and the ability to produce small runs with premium quality — onboarding packs for engineers, fair kits for technical conferences, merch for hackathons.

For corporate healthcare customers based in Guadalajara, ratings mention compliance with sanitary packaging requirements when the product includes beverages, food or medical devices. For the education sector — private universities, high schools, technical academies — ratings highlight handling of large runs with sizes and logistics delivery by campus.

Querétaro and the Bajío

Querétaro, San Juan del Río, Celaya and the Bajío industrial zone concentrate customers from aerospace, automotive and home appliance sectors — companies with plants in the industrial corridor and corporate offices in CDMX. Ratings from aerospace and automotive mention material traceability, NOM-004 textile compliance and submission of applicable certifications.

For corporate customers with multi-plant operations in Querétaro and Apaseo el Alto, ratings highlight centralised logistics coordination with deliveries to each plant per protocol. The Bajío is the region where we have grown most in 2024 and 2025 driven by demand for plant uniforms and length-of-service recognition kits.

Tijuana, Juárez, Chihuahua and the north

The north of the country — Tijuana, Mexicali, Juárez, Chihuahua, Saltillo, Ramos Arizpe, Monterrey — concentrates customers from the maquiladora, electronics and automotive industries. Ratings from the IMMEX sector mention the importance of documentation for inventory control, correct invoicing and coordination with customs brokers when the merchandise crosses to the United States.

For corporate customers with northern operations and headquarters in the United States, ratings highlight the ability to produce in Mexico with equivalent quality to North American vendors, on comparable timelines and at competitive prices. The north is the region with the highest production volume per customer in textile series, and size consistency is one of the best-rated points.

Mérida, Cancún, Los Cabos and the southeast

The southeast — Mérida, Cancún, Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Los Cabos, Puerto Vallarta, Oaxaca — concentrates customers from the tourism, hospitality and restaurant industries. Ratings from the tourism sector mention compliance with deliveries at airports, cruise piers and resorts with access protocol, as well as item quality with tropical climate materials.

For boutique hotels and tour operators, ratings highlight the ability to produce small runs with numbering for limited editions and medium runs for permanent catalogue. The southeast is also the region with the highest proportion of private-label items — souvenirs, MDD items — and ratings highlight brand consistency between batches.

Do you publish all ratings?

We only publish ratings from customers who explicitly authorise. Some customers authorise full name; others authorise the testimonial but prefer the commercial name omitted. We publish with authorisation in both cases.

How do you collect ratings?

We apply a close-out survey at the end of every significant order. The survey covers brief, quality, timeline, communication and invoicing. Results are aggregated by plaza and sector.

How do you handle negative ratings?

We log every rating, positive or negative. When there are improvement observations we incorporate them into the quality system and notify the customer of actions taken. The transparency policy applies even though some observations are not published.

Can I request direct reference with a customer?

Yes. For corporate customers who authorise direct reference we arrange a phone or video call. The reference is coordinated with the customer's commercial area and confidentiality is respected when applicable.
