For regional offices (Monterrey, Guadalajara, Tijuana, León, Mérida, Puebla, Veracruz, Torreón, Chihuahua), we deliver directly to the office with insured courier and coordination with Corporate Security.
For hybrid ceremonies with livestream, we deliver the kits to regional offices a week ahead and synchronise the ceremony with a video we produce: a CEO or academy director recording, music cues, support pieces and a mosaic mention of each graduate. For virtual ceremonies (graduates in home office or in the field), we deliver the kits via courier to the graduate's home with confirmed schedule, tracking number and a ceremony via video call with audiovisual production. Invoicing for programmes with regional operations in the northern border (Tijuana, Ciudad Juárez, Matamoros) is issued in USD at the Banco de México exchange rate of the invoice day, with an IMMEX supplement when the corporate academy operates inside an IMMEX plant.
