The monthly all-hands —also known as town hall or general employee session— is the event that sustains the cadence of internal corporate communication. Once per month the CEO, the executive committee and the area leaders meet with every employee to share the month's results, recognise the standout teams, announce the strategic projects and open the Q&A space. In-person all-hands — one Friday a month

Production of the monthly town hall with every employee in the head-office auditorium or an external venue: stage, host, LED screens, audio system, internal broadcast to remote offices via Microsoft Teams or Zoom, gift of the month for attendees (corporate backpack, mug, notebook, coffee kit, water bottle), recognition session for the standout teams with acrylic plaque, CEO Q&A session with employees. The typical duration is 60 to 90 minutes. We handle production from 50 attendees in boutique corporates to 4,000 attendees in multinationals.

Hybrid all-hands — with connection to plants

Production of the monthly town hall with hybrid connection between the head office and the plants on the northern border (Tijuana, Juárez, Matamoros, Nuevo Laredo) and the rest of the country: dedicated camera at each plant, table microphone, LED screen so remote attendees see and participate in the session, gift of the month shipped to each plant before the event, recognition session with live broadcast of the plaque delivery, Q&A session with moderated chat. The typical duration is 60 to 90 minutes. We handle production for corporates with up to 12 remote plants.

Monthly recognition session

Production of the recognition session where the CEO and area leaders give plaques, gifts and recognition to the standout employees of the month: acrylic plaque with the employee's name and the recognition reason (tenure, standout project, innovation, customer service, teamwork), gift selected by category (Citizen watch, Amazon México gift card, fine-dining experience, wellness kit), personalised CEO letter, official photo session for the corporate internal site. The recognition session normally integrates into the monthly all-hands or runs in a parallel session at the end of the working day.

Monthly kit — for employees

Production of the monthly kit delivered to employees at the all-hands or at the start of the month: fabric bag with corporate logo, gift selected by the month's reason (anniversary, launch, Mother's Day, etc.), water bottle, healthy snack, card with the month's calendar and internal events. We handle production from 50 kits in boutique corporates to 4,000 kits in multinationals with national presence. Delivery is coordinated with HR and runs in a single shipment to the offices or by national courier.

AV production and all-hands logistics

The monthly all-hands AV production covers the stage (with corporate back panel, side banners, podium with microphone), the LED screens (with the CEO presentation, results graphics, standout team videos), the audio system (with wireless microphones for the CEO and hosts, table microphone for the moderator), the lighting (with stage lighting for the host, ambient lighting for the audience), and the dedicated camera for the internal broadcast to remote plants.

All-hands logistics covers the auditorium or venue reservation, the stage and AV system setup (with at least four hours' anticipation), the gift of the month and recognition production, the coffee and refreshment service during the session, the printed material (month's programme, events calendar, card with the internal site QR), and the post-event cleanup. For corporates with northern border operations, we run dedicated connection with the plants and gift shipped to each one before the event. For corporates with offices in Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Querétaro, Puebla and Mérida, we run simultaneous production in every office with a single production team that travels between cities. Official recording is delivered edited to the corporate in MP4 format within five business days after the event.

Gift curation by occasion and seniority

The monthly all-hands gift curation is built with the HR committee and Internal Communications, with three distinct lines: monthly kit gift, recognition session gift and premium gift for the anniversary or launch. For the monthly kit we run operational gifts from MXN 200 to 800: fabric bag, mug, notebook, water bottle, healthy snack, month calendar. For the recognition session we run gifts from MXN 1,500 to 8,000: acrylic plaque, Citizen watch, Amazon México gift card, fine-dining experience, wellness kit.

For the anniversary or launch premium gift we run gifts from MXN 3,000 to 25,000: Citizen or Casio watch, Montblanc pen, Tumi luggage, Sony or Bose headphones, fine-dining experience, contemporary Mexican art piece. The gift ships with no visible price and is documented with a personalised CEO letter. Invoicing is issued with CFDI 4.0 to SAT, 16% VAT, deductible as an Industrial Relations or Training expense, with ISR withholding support when applicable for taxed gifts.

Programme, MOQ and costs

Annual contract for 12 monthly all-hands — from MXN 1,400,000 before VAT with 18% discount on list price. Individual all-hands for 50 to 200 attendees — from MXN 95,000 before VAT all-inclusive. Individual all-hands for 250 to 800 attendees — from MXN 245,000 before VAT all-inclusive. Individual all-hands for 1,000 to 4,000 attendees — from MXN 680,000 before VAT all-inclusive. The cost covers AV production, gift of the month, recognition session, coffee and refreshment service, official recording and printed material. Tips, premium drinks outside the package and attendee transport are not included. Booking requires a 10-point brief: number of attendees, group profile, tentative dates (one Friday a month), tentative agenda, total budget, gift by seniority, required recording, confidentiality handling, session language and special needs.

For corporates with IMMEX operations on the northern border, we invoice in USD with deduction under the IMMEX programme when the gift ties to plant-floor talent retention. For corporates with USMCA regional operations, we coordinate gift shipping to offices in the United States and Canada with international courier and customs documentation. For corporates headquartered abroad we invoice in USD, EUR or RUB as applicable, with Banco de México daily conversion.
