Inaugural plaque in 20 mm optical crystal or 25 mm black marble engraved with the new space name, inauguration date, authority (CEO, governor, mayor, secretary of economy), names of the attending authorities and the phrase selected by the corporate. Varnished oak wood base with corporate logo in low relief and metal plate carrying the date. Delivered in velvet case with card signed by the CEO and displayed in the lobby of the new space with integrated LED lighting. The plaque is protected with removable cover during the ribbon cutting to preserve the finish.

Inaugural curated gift with new space branding

Inaugural curated gift with the name and date of the new space: Montblanc pen engraved with the guest's name and inauguration date, handcrafted ceramic mug with corporate logo and date, fine chocolate box from the region, premium wine or whisky with new space label, engraved thermos with guest's name and commemorative piece (numbered print with new space design, plant miniature, collectible pin). The gift is delivered in leather bag or wooden box with personal card from the CEO and is handed over at the end of the tour with discretion.

Protocol ribbon cutting with silk ribbon

Protocol ribbon cutting performed at the main entrance of the new space with silk ribbon personalised with the new space logo on the head and inauguration date on the tail. Ceremonial scissors engraved with the corporate logo and inauguration date, delivered to the CEO and the attending authorities for the simultaneous cut. Photocall with corporate logo and new space for protocol photo of the authorities and corporate team. Video camera with operator to record the ribbon cutting in cinematic format. Gift curation, manual drafting and authority handling

The inaugural gift curation is built with the CEO, Institutional Relations Director and the new space committee. For VIP authority guests (governor, mayor, secretary) we run gifts from MXN 25,000 to 80,000: contemporary Mexican art piece, limited-edition Montblanc pen, engraved watch, premium wine or whisky with personalised label, Mexican engraved silver piece. For strategic client VIP guests we run gifts from MXN 8,000 to 25,000: engraved pen, premium wine, gourmet box, luggage set, premium headphones. For founding employee or key collaborator VIP guests we run gifts from MXN 3,500 to 8,000: engraved thermos, handcrafted mug, engraved pen, gourmet kit.

The facility or showroom manual is drafted with the Internal Communications team and the HR team. The manual includes: history of the new space (land, construction, equipment, technology), operational capacity (number of employees, shifts, production capacity), regional impact (jobs generated, local suppliers, investment in MXN with USD conversion when applicable), regulatory compliance (applicable NOMs, ISO certifications, environmental compliance, USMCA rules of origin when applicable for export plant), space managers and corporate data. The manual is printed on high-quality paper with hardcover binding and is delivered in encrypted digital format on USB.

Authority handling is coordinated with the corporate Institutional Relations team and the protocol of the corresponding government (federal, state, municipal). The invitation to authorities is performed 45 to 60 days in advance via letter signed by the CEO. Confirmation is performed 15 days in advance. Day-of logistics consider the security of the authorities with escort service, separate arrival from the rest of the guests, personalised tour with the authorities, protocol greeting and reserved space at the VIP table with the CEO and management team.

Logistics, venues and data handling

The inauguration logistics are coordinated with the corporate Institutional Relations team and the venue maître. The event venue is the new space (plant, regional headquarters, showroom, data centre or laboratory) so the venue is coordinated directly with the corporate Operations team. For auxiliary events (gala dinner, post-inauguration cocktail, cultural event) we run venues such as Hotel Four Seasons, Hotel St. Regis, Hotel Hilton Reforma, Museo Soumaya, Museo Jumex, Hacienda de los Morales. For corporates with operations in the northern border (Tijuana, Juárez, Nuevo Laredo, Matamoros), we also deliver in USD with invoicing in MXN at the Banco de México exchange rate of the day and deduction support for IMMEX programmes when the inauguration corresponds to an export plant under USMCA rules of origin. VIP guest data handling complies with the LFPDPPP: the guest's data is used solely for the invitation, gift and new space tour, is not shared with third parties outside the corporate, is deleted from our systems 180 days after the event, and the guest may request early deletion through the privacy notice published in the invitation envelope and on the corporate site. Invoicing is issued through CFDI 4.0 to SAT with 16% VAT breakdown, ISR withholding when applicable for taxed gifts under Article 93 of the ISR Law, and deduction support as Communications or Institutional Relations expense.
