Internal corporate chain for the second quarter of 2026: four events for the heart of the year

The second quarter of the Mexican corporate calendar opens the first week of April with the post-Holy Week return, continues with spring technical training, brings Mother's Day on 10 May (the most relevant cultural date of the quarter), adds Father's Day on the third Sunday of June, and closes with the semi-annual board meeting that at companies listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV) is scheduled before 30 June. Corp-Merch.MX produces the full Q2 chain with a single point of contact and a single invoice: Mother's Day gift, training programme kit, mid-year offsite gift, semi-annual board material, single CFDI 4.0 invoice to SAT with 16% VAT, deductible as Industrial Relations or Training expense depending on the case, with deduction support for IMMEX programmes and USMCA operations when the chain crosses the northern border.

Calendar and logistics window for the second quarter

The internal Q2 chain executes over a twelve-week calendar, between the first week of April and the last week of June. Holy Week 2026 falls between 29 March and 4 April, so the first week of April is a gradual return and training events start the second week. Mother's Day concentrates the highest logistics pressure of the quarter: delivery must be coordinated between 7 and 9 May so the gift arrives ahead of the cultural date, and national couriers operate at capacity. For corporates with northern border operations, we also handle USD delivery with couriers crossing at Laredo or McAllen.

Father's Day falls on the third Sunday of June (in 2026, 21 June) and adds an operational or gastronomic gift for employees who are fathers: premium mezcal box, grilling kit, kitchen tool, Casio watch. Technical training is scheduled before 30 June so the CFDI 4.0 invoice is issued within the first semester with SAT expense code 86101700 (Training), enabling full deduction. The semi-annual board meeting is scheduled between 20 and 30 June, outside the Mexican Banking Convention window and before the first-half close. For corporates with USMCA operations, we coordinate material shipping to offices in Toronto, Vancouver, Detroit or Houston with international courier and customs documentation.

Gift curation by tier and seniority

For Mother's Day we handle emotional and wellness curation with a five-option catalogue per budget tier: $1,200 to $2,500 MXN (ceramic mug, tea kit, cotton tote bag), $2,500 to $5,000 MXN (silver jewellery, spa kit, planner), $5,000 to $12,000 MXN (Citizen watch, travel luggage, gold jewellery kit), $12,000 to $30,000 MXN (premium spa experience, art piece, national destination trip), and premium-plus from $30,000 MXN upward (international experience, fine jewellery piece).

For technical training we handle operational gifts between $500 and $1,800 MXN: corporate backpack, steel thermos, notebook, power bank, coffee kit. For external instructors we handle premium gifts between $3,500 and $12,000 MXN: Montblanc pen, gift card, Citizen watch, gastronomic experience. For the mid-year offsite we handle experiential gifts between $4,000 and $25,000 MXN per person: wine or mezcal tasting, cooking class, spa session, speaker gift, Mexican-motif kit. For the semi-annual board we handle premium-plus gifts between $18,000 and $120,000 MXN for board members: Longines or Tag Heuer watch, contemporary art piece, Montblanc Meisterstück pen, leather luggage.
