October, November and December are the quarter when the San Luis Potosí automotive cluster — BMW, GM, Toyota, the Tier 1 corridor suppliers — closes the fiscal year and runs the internal recognition day for plant staff, engineering teams and administrative personnel. The SLP Automotive Year-End is the day those groups hand out uniforms, length-of-service gifts, family kits and recognition awards to a group ranging from three hundred to two thousand people depending on the RFC size. We produce the Year-End merch with consolidated delivery to the host venue in San Luis Potosí and CFDI 4.0 with the payroll or Foreign Trade Complement depending on the case.
The San Luis Potosí automotive cluster runs on an internal calendar that recognises personnel in three moments: the year-opening in January, mid-year in July–August, and fiscal year-end in November–December. The Q4 Year-End typically falls between the second half of November and the first of December, before the year-end closing. It is the moment when each plant's HR lead runs the day with breakfast, length-of-service awards — five, ten, fifteen, twenty, twenty-five years — and a social lunch at the host venue or the plant casino.
The merch we deliver has three audiences inside the plant. For plant personnel — operator, maintenance technician, line supervisor — we produce embroidered polos with the arm-plant and the plant logo, jackets with reflective tape for plant-floor use, 1 L thermoses engraved with the RFC, and industrial backpacks with YKK zippers. For engineering and administrative staff the bundle steps up: briefcase with tablet pocket, corporate notebook, desk kit with metallic pen and holder. For personnel's children we produce a family kit with school backpack, notebook and a plant-motif card.
The RFC that invoices the Year-End varies by group: arm plants with an SLP presence typically invoice in MXN, groups with a US parent run mixed schemes with USD payment complement, and groups with a European parent run EUR at the Bank of Mexico exchange rate of the day. For groups under the IMMEX programme we run the Foreign Trade Complement when the merch destination is an IMMEX-mode plant.

The standard per-personnel bundle starts at MXN 880 before IVA for runs of three hundred to five hundred personnel. For runs of one thousand to two thousand it drops to MXN 750. The overall MOQ is one hundred personnel; plants with fewer than one hundred are quoted with an extra fixed fee for the per-personnel and per-RFC kitting complexity.
We issue CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA itemised to SAT in national currency. For groups with a foreign parent we run the payment complement in USD or EUR at the Bank of Mexico exchange rate of the day with the matching audit trail. For groups under the IMMEX programme we run the Foreign Trade Complement 2.0 from the first delivery when the destination is an IMMEX-mode plant.
Lead time is 20 to 30 working days from art approval for the full Year-End bundle. For groups with shorter notice we run express production at an extra fee. Delivery is five to seven working days before the event to leave the HR team margin for per-personnel kitting and host-venue distribution.
Yes. We work with the San Luis Capital Convention Centre and with the plant casinos. Delivery is scheduled with the venue manager and runs during operational hours.
One hundred embroidered polos per design, fifty pre-built kits, one hundred thermoses and backpacks. Below those numbers the unit price rises to cover embroidery setup and individual packaging per personnel member.
We invoice in MXN by default. If the contract is USMCA-dollarised we invoice in USD at the Banxico rate of the day. For groups with a European parent we run EUR with the matching audit trail.
Yes. We do a double embroidery: the arm-plant logo on the left chest and the plant logo on the back or on the sleeve. High-tenacity polyester thread for industrial wash cycles.
