Q4 2026 MX corporate event: CONCANACO Buen Fin, corporate posadas, year-end gifts, and fiscal close — the year's highest-volume window

Q4 concentrates the four highest-volume operations on the Mexican corporate calendar. CONCANACO's Buen Fin between November 13 and 24 activates retail, ecommerce, and courier operations at member corporates. Corporate posadas between December 1 and 23 reopen the internal HR program with piñatas, ponche, Secret Santa, and curated gifts. Year-end between December 15 and 31 closes operations with customer gifts, supplier gifts, and personnel gifts. The December 31 fiscal close wraps the year with the December provisional return filing and the annual reconciliation. We work with CONCANACO corporates, retail and ecommerce operators, consumer corporates, and corporates with year-end programs. Invoicing issues under CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA and deductibility supported as Marketing, Public Relations, or Industrial Relations expense.

Tax compliance, privacy, and delivery

Invoicing issues under CFDI 4.0 to the SAT with 16% IVA breakdown and deductibility per kit line. For Buen Fin, the operator gift deducts as Marketing and is documented with purchase order and CEDIS lead signature. For posadas, the gift deducts as Public Relations subject to the Article 93 LISR taxable gift limit and is documented with recipient signature. For year-end, the customer gift deducts as Public Relations and the supplier gift deducts as Procurement expense, always with CFDI 4.0 and supporting documentation.

Personal data handling complies with the LFPDPPP: the names of personnel, clients, and suppliers are used only for personalization of the piece and are purged 90 days after delivery. The home address of the client or supplier for gift shipping is treated as sensitive personal data and is requested through the privacy notice published on the corporate site. For corporates with cross-border operations, we retain supporting documentation for five years for any SAT or IRS review.
