Q4 2026 operating rhythm in Mexico

The Mexican Q4 is the most intense quarter of the year. October is the Buen Fin launch month and Día de Muertos, November is Buen Fin proper and fiscal close, December is posadas, aguinaldo, christmas party and New Year. Domestic courier operates at full capacity throughout December, so basket reservations must close by November 15. Legal aguinaldo delivery must coordinate with the payroll calendar so the basket lands between December 16 and 19, one day before the legal deposit.

At Corp-Merch.MX we run the Q4 production chain with a master calendar that starts in September. Buen Fin production closes by October 30. Día de Muertos production closes by October 15. Posada and aguinaldo basket production closes by October 30 for December delivery. Christmas party production closes by November 15 for December delivery. For corporates operating in more than one city we run synchronized delivery via domestic courier. For corporates on the northern border (Tijuana, Juárez, Matamoros, Nuevo Laredo) aguinaldo delivery coordinates with extended plant hours to cover all three shifts. For corporates with US or Canadian operations, shipping under USMCA. For corporates under IMMEX on the border, deduction when the basket ties to retention at the plant. Invoicing runs in pesos at the Banco de México rate of the day.

Q4 curation by event reason

Q4 curation depends on the event reason. For Buen Fin we run mass-profile promotional merchandise: mug, USB, notebook, pen, reusable bag, tech merchandise. For Día de Muertos we run Mexican-motif merchandise: sugar skull, cempasúchil candle, pan de muerto, Mexican gourmet merchandise. For posadas and aguinaldo we run Mexican-motif or premium merchandise: wine or mezcal box, artisanal chocolates, seniority-selected merchandise. For christmas party we run premium merchandise: Citizen watch, Tumi luggage, gift card, artwork. For VIP clients we run premium-plus merchandise: Longines watch, Montblanc pen, contemporary artwork, travel luggage.

The process begins with the Q4 calendar definition in a session with the HR, Internal Communications, Training, Procurement and Marketing committees. We define event reason, attendees, budget bands, delivery deadline and basket destination. We produce from fifty units for a boutique christmas party dinner up to fifty thousand units for a nationwide Buen Fin activation. For corporates running multiple Q4 events we offer a quarterly package with volume discount and scheduled delivery. CFDI 4.0 invoicing, sixteen percent IVA, deductible per the destination of the spend.
