Q3 2026 MX corporate event: AMVO Hot Sale, Fiestas Patrias, and back-to-school — the highest-volume operating window

Q3 runs three simultaneous fronts over the Mexican corporate calendar. The AMVO Hot Sale between late May and early June concentrates logistics, courier, customer service, and digital marketing on retail, ecommerce, and financial services corporates. Fiestas Patrias on September 15 and 16 trigger the internal HR program with the Mexican office lunch, the office grito, the early Día de Muertos altar contest, and the patriotic-themed gift drop. Back-to-school in August and September reopens operations for corporates with scholarship programs for employees' children and the stationery, supplies, and uniform operations for education corporates. We work with AMVO-member corporates, ecommerce retailers, consumer corporates, and corporates with scholarship programs. Invoicing issues under CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA and deductibility supported as Marketing, Public Relations, or Training expense.

For Hot Sale, the operator gift deducts as Marketing and is documented with purchase order and CEDIS lead signature.
