B2C activations for brands in Mexico during the first quarter of 2026: from 14 February to Hot Sale

The first quarter of the Mexican commercial calendar concentrates three mass-consumption windows for the end consumer: Valentine's Day on 14 February, the launch of spring collections between March and April, and the logistical preparation for Hot Sale that runs the last fortnight of May but whose planning starts in February. Corp-Merch.MX produces the physical assets of the B2C activation — premium packaging, themed gifts, in-store POP material, gift kits, press gifts, influencer incentives — for mass consumer, accessible luxury, beauty, fashion, gastronomy and electronics brands that activate the Mexican consumer with CFDI 4.0 invoicing to SAT with 16% VAT, deductible as Advertising or Marketing expense, with support for export operations under the USMCA framework when the activation crosses the northern border.

Logistics and calendar for Q1 activations

The first quarter of the Mexican commercial year has three concentrated windows: Valentine's on 14 February, spring collections in March, and the Hot Sale preparation that runs the last fortnight of May but requires packaging and gifts to be defined before 15 April. Valentine's packaging production must close before 15 January to guarantee delivery between 5 and 10 February. Spring POP production closes before 15 February for delivery between 15 and 25 March.

Hot Sale planning starts in February with the themed gift curation, and closes the first week of April with the POP and sale kit production. In-store shipping runs on a normal calendar during Q1, but provincial deliveries must be coordinated with the retailer's calendar: Liverpool, Palacio de Hierro, Sears and Suburbia manage goods reception calendars between the 1st and 10th of each month. For corporates with USMCA export operations, we handle material shipping to distribution centres in Laredo, McAllen or San Antonio with international courier and customs documentation.

B2C gift curation by channel and price tier

For Valentine's we handle romantic-motif gifts in two tiers: mass tier between $50 and $250 MXN (product sample, perfumed postcard, gift bag, fabric wristband, sticker) for FMCG in supermarket chains; premium tier between $250 and $2,500 MXN (mini perfume, silver jewellery, aromatic candle, spa kit, ceramic mug) for boutique, Liverpool and Palacio de Hierro. For the spring launch we handle press and influencer gifts between $1,500 and $8,000 MXN: sample set, collection catalogue, exclusive gift, launch event invitation.

For Hot Sale we handle packaging and gifts in two tiers: mass tier between $30 and $200 MXN (shipping bag with Hot Sale motif, sticker, discount coupon, thank you card) for e-commerce shipping; premium tier between $200 and $1,800 MXN (gift box with product, additional sample, personalised card, next-purchase coupon) for flagship and department store sale. The invoice is issued with 16% VAT and delivered with payment complement for immediate deduction as Advertising or Marketing expense.
