Q1 2026 trade-show calendar in Mexico

The Mexican Q1 concentrates industrial fairs between mid-January and the last week of March. January fairs are typically regional or specialized (Expo Plásticos, Expo Metalmecánica). February concentrates Tianguis Turístico and automotive fairs (Autopartes, Hannover-Messe Mexico). March is the heaviest month: Expo ANTAD, Expo Manufactura, Expo Pack, Expo Ferretera, plus the first edition of several new fairs on the Mexican fair calendar. Fair merchandise production normally starts between sixty and ninety days before the event, with direct booth delivery between twenty-four and forty-eight hours before opening.

At Corp-Merch.MX we coordinate fair merchandise production with a master calendar, a single exhibitor lead and direct delivery to the venue (Mexico City: Centro Citibanamex, Centro de Exposiciones y Convenciones, WTC; Guadalajara: Expo Guadalajara; Monterrey: Cintermex, Pabellón M; Mérida: Centro de Convenciones Yucatán Siglo XXI). For exhibitors with US or Canadian operations under USMCA we run international shipping with customs documentation. For corporates under the IMMEX program on the northern border we run deduction when merchandise ties to industrial client retention. Invoicing runs in pesos at the Banco de México rate of the day; for corporates with headquarters abroad we also invoice in USD or EUR with daily conversion.

B2B fair merchandise curation

Curation depends on sector and buyer seniority. For retail (Expo ANTAD) we run premium gifts between three thousand five hundred and twelve thousand pesos for senior buyers and operational gifts between eight hundred and fifty and twenty-five hundred pesos for junior buyers. For tourism (Tianguis Turístico) we run gifts with Mexican motifs between three thousand five hundred and eighteen thousand pesos. For manufacturing and packaging (Expo Manufactura, Expo Pack) we run technical gifts between fifteen hundred and eighty-five hundred pesos. For logistics and hardware (Expo Logística, Expo Ferretera) we run sector-specialized gifts between eight hundred and fifty and fifty-five hundred pesos.

The process starts with a session involving the Commercial, Trade Marketing, Marketing and Procurement committees, where we define the Q1 fair calendar, priority fairs, expected attendees, seniority budget bands and delivery deadline. Fair production normally closes between thirty and forty-five days before the event to secure capacity. For exhibitors with several Q1 fairs we offer a quarterly package with volume discount and scheduled delivery. CFDI 4.0 invoicing, sixteen percent IVA, deductible as Marketing or Advertising expense per the destination of the merchandise.
