We invoice CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA itemised to the SAT in national currency. For corporates receiving the charge in dollars we issue the invoice in MXN at the Bank of Mexico exchange rate of the day and deliver the payment complement with the USD trail. For retreats including material in temporary export we handle the corresponding pedimento with the corporate's customs broker.
Lead time is 20 to 30 working days from artwork approval to produce the full Morelos Q2 bundle. For retreats with shorter lead time we offer express production at additional cost. Delivery runs five to seven working days before the event so the corporate can kit by participant and distribute at the host hacienda.
