BCS Q4 2026 corporate event: the year-end close that overlaps with the start of whale-watching season

October, November and December are the quarter when hotel groups, marinas, dive operators and tourism developers in Cabo San Lucas, San José del Cabo and La Paz close fiscal-year numbers, deliver staff bonuses, launch pre-sale for the grey-whale season starting mid-December, and receive corporate clients for Thanksgiving and year-end contract closing. We produce the close bundle — formal uniform, year-end gift, dinner material, post-close kit — with delivery to BCS ready five to seven working days before the event, CFDI 4.0 invoicing with 16% IVA to the SAT and Carta Porte 3.0 when the shipment leaves our workshop in Tijuana or CDMX.

Why Q4 is close and start at once in BCS

The BCS tourism corporate lives Q4 as a hinge quarter: it closes the operation fiscal year, pays bonuses to staff that held the summer, celebrates with long-term clients the contract close for the winter season starting in November, and begins pre-selling whale-watching experiences that concentrate California, Arizona and Texas tourists between December and April. The year-end dinner functions as a dual event: it gathers staff on one night outside the work uniform, while at the same time receiving corporate clients who decide to spend in Cabo during the coming year.

The typical BCS Q4 close bundle covers two to four days based at a Corridor resort or a private San José del Cabo hacienda, between one hundred fifty and four hundred attendees mixing internal staff and corporate clients. We work with groups invoicing in both MXN and USD — international hotel chains, US-funded developers — for which we issue the invoice in MXN at the Bank of Mexico exchange rate of the day and payment complement with the USD trail. For groups under IMMEX regime bringing gifts from the Tijuana workshop we handle the temporary-export pedimento with the corporate's customs broker.

Cost and operation of BCS Q4 close

The standard bundle per attendee starts at MXN 2,150 before IVA on 150-250 attendee runs. For 250-400 attendee runs it drops to MXN 1,890. General MOQ is 120 attendees; closes with fewer than 120 attendees are quoted with an additional fixed charge for the complexity of per-level kitting.

We invoice CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA itemised to the SAT in national currency. For groups receiving the charge in dollars we issue the invoice in MXN at the Bank of Mexico exchange rate of the day and deliver the payment complement with the USD trail. For closes crossing the border with material in temporary export we handle the corresponding pedimento with the group's customs broker.

Lead time is 30 to 40 working days from artwork approval to produce the full BCS Q4 bundle. For closes with shorter lead time we offer express production at additional cost. Delivery runs five to seven working days before the event so the corporate can kit by attendee and distribute at the dinner.
