The Electronics Cluster Forum is the day industrial-park developers, engineering service providers, regional manufacturing shops and the IMMEX operations out of the AGS corridor sit down with plant technical coordination, procurement and the corporate clients still receiving parts from the corridor. We produce the Forum merch with consolidated delivery to the host venue in Aguascalientes and CFDI 4.0 with the Foreign Trade Complement when the supplier is IMMEX.
The Aguascalientes electronics cluster runs on a procurement calendar that calibrates between April and June. The reason is the dependency on San José, Taipei, Shenzhen and Stuttgart: the second-quarter supplier round sets which electronic parts go into production during the model cycle that starts in September and which engineering services get contracted for the next fiscal year. The Electronics Cluster Forum is the reference day for that calibration.
The typical exhibitor at the Forum runs a three-by-three modular booth on the host-venue floor, brings a four-to-eight-person technical team that flies in from CDMX, from Aguascalientes itself, from San Luis Potosí or from the AGS–SLP corridor, and brings a parts and services catalogue handed to the plant procurement lead. The booth merch serves four functions: identifying the technical team for buyers walking twenty booths in a day, the gift handed to the procurement lead at the close of the meeting, POP material that carries the brand when the exhibitor is not in front of the customer, and a sampling kit with scaled-down pieces of the product or service delivered to the buyer two weeks after the Forum.
For IMMEX suppliers based in the AGS corridor, the Forum cycle overlaps with the pedimento calendar: merch enters the Forum under temporary export and is nationalised at close when it stays in the Mexican buyer's warehouse. We issue CFDI 4.0 with the Foreign Trade Complement 2.0 from the first delivery and close the pedimento when the exhibitor asks. For suppliers with a US parent receiving the charge in USD under USMCA, we manage the payment complement in USD at the Bank of Mexico exchange rate of the day.

We issue CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA itemised to SAT in national currency. For IMMEX corporate procurement leads we run the payment complement in USD at the Bank of Mexico exchange rate of the day with the matching audit trail. For procurement leads receiving the charge in USD from San José, Taipei or Shenzhen we run the pedimento with the supplier's customs broker.
Lead time is 20 to 30 working days from art approval for the full supplier bundle. For suppliers with shorter notice we run express production at an extra fee. Delivery is five working days before assembly to leave the technical team margin for per-salesperson kitting and booth distribution.
