Badge, ribbons and podium components

The badge is printed on 0.76 mm PVC with attendee data (name, surname, institution, city, country), unique QR code with congress portal access (attendance registration, abstract download, live programme), and 16 mm lanyard with role colour. Data is loaded from the organising committee list and printed in batch with quality verification. Delivery happens in an envelope with personalised address for each attendee and is documented with the organising committee's signature. For mass-registration congresses, badges are delivered with on-site printing system for same-day registration.

Ribbons are printed on 16 mm polyester fabric with role colour: graphite grey for attendee, blue for lecturer, green for press, yellow for staff, red for VIP sponsor, gold for best paper. Ribbons ship with metal clip and are documented with piece number per role. Distribution happens at the registration desk with bearer identity verification. For international congresses, ribbons are printed bilingual (Spanish-English) under quotation.

The podium is built in workshop with aluminium structure and frontal panel with the congress and sponsor logo in 3M Controltac vinyl cut. The frontal panel attaches with magnetic closure for quick swap between sessions. The podium ships with electrical system with 1 kVA UPS for 6 hours, podium microphone Shure or Sennheiser with embroidered mic flag, LED directional accent light to the speaker. For congress with satellite transmission or streaming, the podium ships with ceiling camera and balanced audio.

Speaker kit, lanyards and signage

The speaker kit is built with the organising committee and the sponsor committee. For national lecturer we run: notepad with premium sheets and congress logo in hot-stamping, pen with logo, encrypted 16 GB USB with abstracts and programme, engraved plate with name and session, curated gift per congress profile. For international lecturer we run: the national kit plus simultaneous translation headphones, international plug adapter, vase or representative gift from the lecturer's country of origin.

Numbered lanyards are printed on 20 mm polyester fabric with the congress logo, sponsor name and unique QR code per piece. The QR directs to a landing with the agenda, abstracts and attendance registration. Lanyards ship with acrylic badge holder and are documented with piece number per role. Numbering and traceability are documented with a post-event report to the organising committee.

Venue signage is produced in workshop with 510 g Frontlit fabric tensioned on aluminium frame for outdoor and vinyl cut on melamine for indoor. Signage includes: welcome banner, session directory, podium panel, registration area panel, press area panel, sponsor banner with their brand, poster area banner, exhibition area banner, satellite symposium room banner. The signage ships with anchoring system that does not damage the venue walls and is removed at the close without leaving marks.

Yes — for congresses with parallel sessions or frequent sponsor change, we run podium with interchangeable frontal panel via magnetic closure that allows swap between sessions in under 5 minutes. The backup frontal panel ships with the next sponsor's logo and is documented with physical inventory signed by the venue lead.

Can you coordinate satellite transmission or streaming from the podium?

Yes — for congresses with transmission to parallel halls, hospitals, universities or international media, we run ceiling camera on the podium with balanced audio and encrypted CDN connection for private streaming to remote venues. The transmission is tested 24 hours in advance with signal backup and is staffed throughout the event with a technical operator in the room.
