Interviews are conducted in the corporate's own premises when possible, so the space is captured as visual context. For corporates with operations in multiple states a two-to-three-week interview tour is scheduled with the production crew. The recorded material is transcribed, cross-checked with the corporate's files and integrated into the logbook in chronological chapters with photography and extended captions.

The anniversary film is produced on location with a guest director, cinema camera, studio lighting and editing with colour correction and 4K mastering. The music is licensed from a music library or composed to measure.
