For enterprises operating with budget by fiscal quarter (Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4), the Quarterly Package allows aligning procurement with the corporate budget cycle without signing an annual or semi-annual contract. Invoicing operates with CFDI 4.0 and 16% VAT breakdown, and is issued monthly with the actual delivery date of the pieces. For General Regime enterprises, quarterly invoicing allows deducting the commercialisation, training or institutional relations expense under article 27 of the LISR. For SMBs under RESICO, we handle simplified invoicing with deduction support as operating expense.
The Quarterly 2026 Package operates with quarterly KPIs agreed at contract start: delivery time (5 business days standard, 10 custom), quality rate (98% defect-free per run), user area satisfaction (monthly 1-5 scale survey).
