Weekly 2026 Package: operational weekly restocking for restaurants, retailers and field

The Weekly 2026 Package is the operational weekly restocking scheme that Operations, Warehouse and Logistics areas at restaurant chains, multi-location retailers, field operations, cleaning services, private security and 3PL logistics contract to resolve continuous restocking of staff provision, PPE, operational amenities, POP materials, delivery kit and commercial sample with weekly cadence. Delivery is scheduled for the same day of the week (typically Monday or Wednesday) at each of the client's sites, with weekly or biweekly consolidated invoicing at period closing and CFDI 4.0. Invoicing operates with deduction support under RESICO or the General Regime.

Multi-site weekly logistics

The Weekly 2026 Package operates with consolidated weekly logistics to client sites with fixed cadence. Delivery is scheduled for the same day of the week (typically Monday or Wednesday) at each site, with specialised courier and reception confirmation by the Warehouse area. For chains with over 30 sites, we handle optimised logistics routing by geographic zone that groups weekly deliveries to reduce the unit courier cost. Coordination with the client's Operations area allows adjusting addresses and volumes per site per actual operation and business seasonality.

For corporates with the IMMEX beneficiary registry, we handle Carta Porte 3.0 when the pieces cross the northern or southern border under the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA/T-MEC). Invoicing operates with CFDI 4.0 and 16% VAT breakdown, issued weekly with the consolidation of all week deliveries. We coordinate with the client's Purchasing area for weekly budget planning and with the Finance area for fiscal reconciliation of the period.

Field operations and services

The Weekly 2026 Package is designed for field operations and services that require continuous restocking: cleaning services (ISS, Sodexo, Limpia Máxima, Eulen), private security (Seguritech, Grupo Seguridad Integral, Panda Express), 3PL logistics (DHL, Estafeta, FedEx, UPS, Paquetexpress), home delivery services (Rappi, Didi Food, Uber Eats, Sin Delantal), and corporates with field sales force (medical representatives, beverage pre-sale, food pre-sale, telemarketing). The weekly cadence allows keeping operational inventory up to date without accumulating pieces in the warehouse that could deteriorate or expire.

For SMBs under RESICO, we handle simplified weekly invoicing with 16% VAT breakdown and deduction support as operating expense. For General Regime enterprises, weekly invoicing allows deducting the commercialisation, staff provision or operational services expense under article 27 of the LISR. Coordination with the client's Operations area allows adjusting cadence and volumes per site, and weekly consolidation with CFDI 4.0 allows automatic fiscal reconciliation with the client's accounting system.

Each week's confirmation window closes 3 business days before week start (typically the previous Thursday for Monday deliveries). For corporates with the IMMEX beneficiary registry, we handle Carta Porte 3.0 when the pieces cross the northern or southern border under the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA/T-MEC). SAT invoicing is issued weekly or biweekly with 16% VAT breakdown and the CFDI use key the Purchasing area requires.
