CFDI 4.0 and Carta Porte 3.0 for national deliveries

CFDI 4.0 (Comprobante Fiscal Digital por Internet version 4.0) is the electronic invoicing standard in force in Mexico since 1 January 2022: it requires the SAT unit key (E48 corporate kit, E49 promotional piece, H87 merchandising article), the recipient's fiscal regime, the CFDI use (G03 general expenses, I02 office furniture and equipment, I06 materials and supplies), and the postal code of the place of issuance and reception. Corp-Merch.MX issues CFDI 4.0 with all fields required for deduction in the corporate's fiscal regime.

Carta Porte 3.0 is the CFDI 4.0 complement that covers the transit of merchandise in national territory: it requires the identification of the vehicle, the operator, the origin and destination, the type of merchandise and the weight or volume. Corp-Merch.MX issues Carta Porte 3.0 for all national deliveries with transit between cities, from the client's warehouse to the recipient's address, including deliveries in Mexico City, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Querétaro, León, Puebla, Tijuana, Mérida, Cancún and all cities in the country.
