Internal corp final bundle: the merch that builds culture between the team

The internal corp final bundle is built for Mexican corporates running recurring internal events —holiday party, annual kick-off, board meeting, team day off, leadership retreat, new-office integration, project close-out, team-building— that need to deliver curated merch to attendees. It's the kit the internal-communications or HR team hands over at the event and that stays with the employee as a tangible reminder of the moment. The CFDI 4.0 invoice uses CFDI Uso G03 (general expenses) when treated as administrative event spend.

The internal corporate event as a culture moment

The Mexican corporate running a disciplined internal culture recognises that the internal event is not an expense but an investment in talent retention and team cohesion. The typical event runs 4 to 12 hours with an agenda that mixes results presentation, integration dynamics, food and a recognition moment. The merch delivered at the event stays in the employee's memory for years, long after the event content is forgotten.

The internal corp final bundle runs on four parallel tracks: confirmation of the creative concept with the internal-communications team (4 to 6 weeks out), merch production with lead time (3 to 4 weeks out), on-site assembly at the venue (4 to 6 hours before) and post-event tear-down (1 to 2 hours after). For corporates with recurring events (annual kick-off, holiday party) we run a planned calendar with preferential pricing and base-piece stock.

The event is invoiced with CFDI 4.0 to internal communications or HR using CFDI Uso G03 when treated as administrative event spend. For events delivering taxable compensation to employees (typical recognition events with per-attendee value above $5,000 MXN) the invoice uses CFDI Uso N01 and is reported as taxable income on the employee's annual return.

Internal event types and kit adaptations

The Mexican corporate runs six main internal event types that each need kit adaptations. The holiday party (typical December) runs with a seasonal kit in warm tones, year-end closure message and a gastronomic component. The annual kick-off (typical January or February) runs with a starter kit, year-vision message and a productivity component. The board meeting (typical quarterly) runs with a premium executive kit, strategic message and a discretion component.

The team day off (typical quarterly or semi-annual) runs with a functional and sporty kit, cohesion message and experience component. The leadership retreat (typical annual for management and senior leadership) runs with a premium kit, vision message and high-value curated component. The new-office or new-team integration (typical in organisational change) runs with an identity kit, welcome-to-the-team message and symbolic component.

For hybrid events (in-person plus virtual) we run kits with pieces for in-person attendees and an equivalent kit for virtual attendees that ships to the employee's home before the event. Invoicing segregates by modality with 16% IVA broken out and the corresponding CFDI Uso key. Coordination with internal communications happens ahead of time to confirm the attendee list per modality.

For events crossing the border (typical regional kick-off with staff from Mexico, US and Canada under USMCA) we run international courier with the Carta Porte 3.0 complement and invoicing in USD or MXN per the client's fiscal regime. Delivery is coordinated with the fiscal and customs calendar to avoid delays at the northern border.

Pricing, MOQ and timelines

Pricing in MXN before 16% IVA. The team day off or team-building kit starts at $620 MXN per unit at MOQ 50 pieces. The kick-off or strategic event kit starts at $1,250 MXN at MOQ 25 pieces. The holiday party or year-end event kit starts at $1,980 MXN at MOQ 50 pieces. The leadership retreat or premium kit starts at $4,250 MXN at MOQ 15 pieces.

Production timelines run 14 to 18 business days for fully personalised kits. Series above 500 pieces require 22 to 28 business days scheduled 4 to 6 weeks before the event. For urgent events (supplier cancellation, reactive event responding to internal situation) we run express production at 5 to 8 business days with a 30% surcharge.

For corporates with recurring events (typically groups with holiday party, kick-off, quarterly day off and annual retreat) we run an annual contract with preferential pricing, reserved capacity for each event of the year and a tracking dashboard with employee satisfaction KPIs. The CFDI 4.0 invoice closes at the event end or on delivery with full deductibility for the client.

FAQ — internal corp final bundle

Can you handle merch assembly at the event venue?

Yes. For events at venues such as Centro Banamex, Hotel Hilton Polanco, Centro de Convenciones de Querétaro, Expo Guadalajara, Hacienda de los Morales, Hacienda Panoaya or the client's own venue we run logistics with temporary warehousing, escorted transport and Corp-Merch.MX staff on site to coordinate delivery. The invoice carries the client's fiscal address with the venue as delivery destination.

Can you handle kits for virtual attendees?

Yes. For hybrid events with virtual attendees (typical for corporates with distributed staff or work-from-home schemes) we ship the kit to the attendee's home before the event via tracked courier with delivery confirmation. Invoicing segregates by modality (in-person vs virtual) with 16% IVA broken out and the corresponding CFDI Uso key.

Can you include a gastronomic component in the kit?

Yes. For events with a gastronomic component (holiday party, kick-off, team day off) we integrate a box of Mexican gourmet products with denomination of origin, seasonal traditional sweets, artisan bread or premium beverage. Each product carries its NOM-251 sanitary registration and applicable compliance. The invoice carries each product's specific description.

Do you handle merch with sustainable or fair-trade components?

Yes. For corporates with ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments we handle pieces with GOTS certification (Global Organic Textile Standard) for organic textiles, Fair Trade for artisan products, RPET for recycled materials, FSC for responsibly managed paper and cardboard. The card is issued with the supporting documentation the client's sustainability team needs for the ESG report.

Can you handle a separate kit for the CEO's team?

Yes. For internal events with hierarchy (typical kick-off or board meeting) we run differentiated kits for the CEO's team or the executive committee with premium pieces and curated packaging. The invoice breaks out the standard kit and the executive kit. Coordination with internal communications happens ahead of time to confirm the recipient list.

Can you consolidate invoicing across several events during the year?

Yes. For corporates running multiple internal events during the year (typically enterprise groups with 4+ events) we consolidate invoicing with a single CFDI 4.0 per event or per calendar month per the client's preference. Deductibility is validated with the fiscal team before the first event of the year.
