Loyalty corp final bundle: the merch that recognises the customer who already earned the year

The loyalty corp final bundle is built for Mexican corporates running active B2B loyalty programmes —distribution, wholesale, partner channel, key accounts— that need to deliver tangible recognition to the customer who hits the annual target. It's the kit dropped at the annual partner convention, the year-end gala, the key-account board meeting, the top-customers award dinner. The CFDI 4.0 invoice goes out with commercial deductibility (Uso CFDI G01) and the operation runs between September and December when the client's fiscal year closes.

The Mexican B2B loyalty programme and its unwritten rules

B2B loyalty in Mexico runs on clear hierarchies the client's commercial team knows well: bronze customer (low volume, occasional transactions), silver customer (mid volume, regular transactions), gold customer (high volume, monthly transactions) and platinum customer (top accounts, annual contracts, operational integration). The merch delivered at each tier signals the level of the commercial relationship: bronze gets a functional piece with the brand, gold gets a premium set in rigid packaging, platinum gets a high-end kit with local product.

The loyalty corp final bundle runs on four parallel tracks: tier definition with the client's commercial team (August), confirmation of the awarded-accounts list with billing and shipping (September), production with workshop lead time (October) and tracked-courier delivery between November and December. For corporates awarding 500+ accounts we run a staggered calendar with regional-zone delivery (north, centre, south).

The kit is invoiced with CFDI 4.0 to the client's commercial department using CFDI Uso G01 (acquisition of merchandise) when the merch is part of the commercial campaign and is deductible as promotional spend. For clients in the Digital Platforms or RESICO tax regime the invoice uses the corresponding key and the payment complement is attached when there are partial payments.

Award operations at the annual convention

The annual partner convention is the natural stage for delivering the loyalty kit. It typically runs between October and December at venues such as Centro Banamex, Hotel Hilton Polanco, Centro de Convenciones de Querétaro or Expo Guadalajara. Operations coordinate across three tracks: confirmation of awarded accounts with the commercial team (4 to 6 weeks out), kit production with lead time for in-venue delivery (3 to 4 weeks out) and on-site assembly by tier with a sign-off register per recipient.

For in-venue delivery during the convention we run logistics with temporary warehousing, escorted transport and Corp-Merch.MX staff on site to coordinate the handover. The CFDI 4.0 invoice closes at the end of the event with 16% IVA broken out and CFDI Uso G01. For post-convention delivery (the typical case for top accounts that did not attend) shipping runs via tracked courier with email confirmation of receipt.

For corporates running free-zone operations (typically IMMEX entities exporting to the US under USMCA) delivery is synced with the client's fiscal year-end and the invoice carries the free-zone key when applicable. Export or temporary-import operations use the Carta Porte 3.0 complement when the kit crosses the northern border.

Pricing, MOQ and timelines

Pricing in MXN before 16% IVA. The bronze loyalty corp final kit starts at $850 MXN at MOQ 100 pieces. The silver kit starts at $1,650 MXN at MOQ 50 pieces. The gold kit starts at $3,250 MXN at MOQ 25 pieces. The platinum kit starts at $5,800 MXN at MOQ 10 pieces.

Production timelines run 18 to 22 business days for fully personalised kits. Series above 500 pieces require 25 to 30 business days scheduled 6 to 8 weeks before delivery. Production by 30 September is the realistic cut-off for guaranteed capacity in peak season. For clients with recurring programmes (annual or semi-annual) we run a contract with preferential pricing and reserved capacity.

For clients with 30 or 60 day payment terms (typical for large corporates) we operate a credit line with prior validation by accounts-receivable. The CFDI 4.0 invoice closes at the event end or on delivery with full commercial deductibility for the client. Clients without a credit line require a 50% deposit on order confirmation.

FAQ — loyalty corp final bundle

Can you handle 1,000+ pieces going to multiple cities?

Yes. For corporates running a loyalty programme that delivers to 1,000+ accounts across multiple cities we run a staggered calendar by geographic zone with tracked courier and delivery confirmation. Invoicing segregates by legal entity or consolidates into a single invoice per the client's fiscal structure.

Can you include liquor with sanitary registration for the metropolitan area?

Yes. We handle tequila, mezcal, wine and other spirits with current sanitary registration and NOM-251 compliance. For metropolitan-zone deliveries there is no restriction. For cities with weekday sales restrictions (such as León on election days) we coordinate delivery windows ahead of time.

Can you handle private-label wine or spirits?

Yes. We work with producers of Baja California wine and agave spirits that accept client private labels. The label is printed with gold, silver or relief stamping and applied over a neutral bottle from the producer. For runs above 200 bottles we can include the client name on the capsule and the neck.

Can you deliver directly to the convention venue?

Yes. For annual partner conventions at venues such as Centro Banamex, Hilton Polanco, Centro de Convenciones de Querétaro or Expo Guadalajara we run logistics with temporary warehousing, escorted transport and on-site staff. The invoice carries the client's fiscal address with the venue as delivery destination.

Do you handle tiered kits per loyalty level?

Yes. For multi-tier programmes we run differentiated kits per tier (bronze, silver, gold, platinum) with progressively more premium pieces and packaging. The invoice breaks out each kit line with its quantity. Coordination with the client's commercial team happens ahead of time to confirm the awarded-accounts list.

Can you include a personalised letter from the commercial director?

Yes. The personalised letter with a commercial-director message is printed on sulphate card stock with gold or silver seal, classical typography and autograph signature when the client provides it. For runs above 50 pieces the signature is reproduced with the signer's authorisation. For small runs we use an original autograph signature per card.
