Standard final bundle: operational recognition that runs year-round

The standard final bundle is the recognition that runs outside the seniority milestones. It is the piece delivered when an employee closes a critical project, reaches a company anniversary, retires, wins an internal award, or arrives at a new position. We run mid-tier curated pieces with personalised engraving that adapt to each occasion: engraved crystal, premium notebook, office set, ceramic mug. The bundle runs with monthly recurring production and scheduled delivery per the corporate's operating calendar.

Operational recognition outside the seniority milestones

The Mexican corporate that operates with recognition discipline doesn't limit itself to seniority milestones (1, 5, 10, 15, 20 years). It recognises employees at five other occasions throughout the year: when they close a critical project, when they reach a company anniversary, when they retire, when they win an internal award, and when they arrive at a new position. The standard final bundle operates at those five occasions with mid-tier curated pieces that adapt to the moment.

Project-closing recognition is typically delivered at a closing meeting or team event. The piece acknowledges the specific achievement of the project: product launch, certification obtained, goal exceeded, record broken. Engraved crystal or wooden plaque with the project name and employee's name is the typical piece.

Company-anniversary recognition is typically delivered at a corporate anniversary event that happens once per year. The piece carries the anniversary year and the employee's name. Production happens in advance with a fixed schedule and delivery is timed for the event day.

Retirement recognition is typically delivered at a farewell event. The piece is higher-tier than the average because the moment is definitive. The selection includes artisan-signed crystal, plaque with extensive text, or premium office set.

Internal-award recognition (employee of the year, top performer, values) is typically delivered at an annual awards event. The piece carries the award name and the employee's name. Production happens in advance with a fixed schedule.

Promotion or new-position recognition is typically delivered at a team meeting or one-on-one event with the direct manager. The piece is more accessible than average because the moment is professional, not personal. The selection includes premium notebook or office set.

Recurring production and scheduled delivery

The standard final bundle typically runs with monthly recurring production. The corporate sends us a calendar of the recognition dates expected for the month, along with the recipient list and the specific motif of each recognition. Production is scheduled so the pieces arrive at the corporate 3 to 5 business days ahead of each date.

For corporates with high volume (more than 100 recognitions per year), we run a shared calendar with safety stock for the higher-rotation pieces. Personalisation is done per batch per the monthly list. The invoice is issued at the end of each month with 16% IVA broken out and full deductibility.

For corporates with medium volume (30 to 100 recognitions per year), we run advance production with 3 to 4 weeks of lead time and delivery on specific dates. Personalisation is done per recipient per the event list. The invoice is issued per event or per month per the agreed calendar.

For corporates with low volume (under 30 recognitions per year), we run on-demand production with a 15 to 20 business day timeline. Personalisation is done per recipient per the specific motif. The invoice is issued per order with 50% upfront.

How the speech adapts to each motif

The recognition speech is drafted with the client's HR area and the employee's direct manager. The typical structure includes three elements: the specific achievement, the impact on the organisation, and the employee's place in the corporate's future.

For project recognition, the speech mentions the project name, objectives, results obtained, and the employee's specific role in the team. The piece carries the project name and is delivered as a reminder of the moment.

For company-anniversary recognition, the speech mentions the company's years, the employee's contribution in that period, and the continuity of the relationship. The piece carries the anniversary year and is delivered as a commemorative piece.

For retirement recognition, the speech mentions the employee's full career, key moments, and the legacy they leave at the organisation. The piece carries the employee's name and a message from the managing director. The moment typically includes the employee's family.

For internal-award recognition, the speech mentions the specific award, the achievements that earned it, and the comparison with other candidates. The piece carries the award name and is delivered as a personal trophy.

For promotion recognition, the speech mentions the new role, the responsibilities, and the corporate's trust in the employee. The piece carries the new position and is delivered at a professional event.

What the standard final bundle does NOT include

The standard final bundle is the recurring operational recognition. For budget and message, it does not include pieces that belong to higher tiers. It does not include curated experience (dinner, travel, activity): those pieces are in the VIP final bundle. It does not include Taxco silver jewellery: for pieces with heritage value, the right tier is 20+ years. It does not include aged wine with numbered label: for pieces with wine-heritage value, the right tier is 20 years.

It does not include pieces for IMMEX, USMCA or technical compliance (NOM-006, NOM-018): those pieces are in the manufacturing tech bundle. It does not include pieces for fairs or exhibitions: those pieces are in the spring or summer bundle. It does not include pieces for strategic clients: those pieces are in the premium or VIP bundle.

The standard final bundle focuses exclusively on recurring operational recognition for internal employees. Consistency at this level builds the organisational recognition culture that retains talent and motivates the team.

FAQ — standard final bundle

What is the standard final bundle MOQ?

25 pieces for the full kit. 50 pieces for the individual piece. For corporates with fewer than 25 pieces per year, we run a shared calendar with other clients to access the series rate. Single-unit pieces are not offered.

Can you handle pieces for multiple motifs in a single month?

Yes. For corporates that combine project, anniversary, award and promotion recognition in the same month, we run kits differentiated by motif. The invoice is segregated per motif and per employee with 16% IVA broken out and delivery is consolidated at the central warehouse for internal distribution.

Can you deliver to the employee's home address?

Yes. For employees in home office, at a remote site, or when the recognition is meant to be private, we deliver to the address with tracked carrier and identity verification. Confirmation reaches the HR area with photo of the delivered piece and recipient name.

Can the wooden plaque be done with extended text?

Yes. The wooden plaque accepts up to 250 words of personalised message with laser engraving. For longer messages, we recommend an attached-letter format in a wax-sealed envelope. Laser engraving on oak or walnut has 1 to 2 mm depth and is readable from 1 metre away. The plaque measures 25 x 20 cm by default, with options of 30 x 25 cm or 35 x 28 cm.

Can you handle retirement recognition with the family present?

Yes. Retirement recognition is typically delivered at an event with the employee's family present. Coordination with the event happens in advance with the client's protocol area and with the family. The piece is delivered at the start of the event with a personalised speech from the managing director. When the family cannot attend, it is delivered by hand at the address with the direct manager present.

Can you combine standard pieces with pieces from other bundles?

Yes. For clients that combine operational recognition (standard) with seniority recognition (bronze, silver, gold) within the same corporate, we run mixed bundles with pieces differentiated by motif. The invoice is segregated per motif and per employee. Coordination with the protocol area happens in advance to align each piece's delivery with the corresponding speech.
