Daily 2026 Package: tour kits, daily sample and corporate roadshows

The Daily 2026 Package is the daily logistics scheme that Marketing, Sales, Public Relations and Trade Marketing areas at corporates in beverages (breweries, wineries, distilleries), foods (refrigerated, frozen, gourmet), cosmetics, pharmaceutical (medical samplers), financial services (point-of-sale promoters) and tour operators contract to resolve daily delivery of tour kits, commercial samples, POP materials for point-of-sale activations, and provision for the team executing the day. Delivery is scheduled for the same time each day (typically 6:00 a.m. for morning point-of-sale activations) at each point of the client's route, with weekly or biweekly consolidated invoicing at period closing and CFDI 4.0.

Daily logistics and optimised routing

The Daily 2026 Package operates with daily logistics optimised by geographic routing. Delivery is scheduled for the same time each day (typically 6:00 a.m.) at each point of the client's route, with specialised courier or direct delivery in the route vehicle. For chains with national coverage, we handle logistics routing per city with consolidated transhipment points in CDMX, Guadalajara and Monterrey, and daily routes to secondary cities. Coordination with the client's Operations area allows adjusting routes and delivery points per actual operation and business seasonality.

For corporates with the IMMEX beneficiary registry, we handle Carta Porte 3.0 when the pieces cross the northern or southern border under the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA/T-MEC). For temperature-controlled samples (refrigerated foods, pharmaceutical, cosmetics), we handle cold chain logistics and refrigerated vehicle delivery. Invoicing operates with CFDI 4.0 and 16% VAT breakdown, issued weekly or biweekly at period closing with consolidation of all period deliveries.

Point-of-sale activations and pre-sale

The Daily 2026 Package is designed for corporates executing point-of-sale activations with daily cadence: self-service chains (Walmart, Chedraui, Soriana, Comercial Mexicana, HEB), convenience chains (OXXO, 7-Eleven, Circle K), department chains (Liverpool, El Palacio de Hierro, Coppel), and restaurant chains (Starbucks, Vips, Domino’s, KFC). The daily delivery of samples and POP materials keeps the activation current on the sales floor and reinforces brand presence with the end consumer. For beverage sector corporates, daily delivery to pre-sale routes allows maintaining field promoter inventory without the promoter visiting the central warehouse.

For General Regime enterprises, periodic invoicing allows deducting the commercialisation or trade marketing expense under article 27 of the LISR. For SMBs under RESICO, we handle simplified invoicing with 16% VAT breakdown and deduction support as operating expense. We coordinate with the client's Operations area for daily budget planning and with the Finance area for fiscal reconciliation of the period.
