Corp-X 2026 Bundle: the year-end gift is built before Buen Fin, not after

Corp-X 2026 covers the year-end season: internal posadas, top-client thank-yous, strategic-vendor gifts and corporate boxes for year-end boards. The production window opens on 15 September and closes on 30 October, because the plants in Apodaca, Saltillo and the Tepeji del Río paper mill enter their demand peak from the first week of November and production cost rises between 12 and 18% past that date. Corporates that left the posada gift for the first week of December ended up receiving the pieces between 18 and 22 December, with no margin to correct sizing, engraving or shipping errors. Corp-X is a logistics piece, not an impulse buy: it carries five decisions that close in October.

Five decisions that close in October

The first decision is the consolidated inventory by tier. The corporate defines how many boxes go to employees, clients, vendors and the board, with budget per tier. The second decision is product curation: Internal Communications and Procurement approve the products included at each tier, based on the corporate culture and the recipient's legal restrictions. The third decision is the delivery calendar: Corp-X runs on three delivery waves — employees in the first wave (15 to 30 November), clients and vendors in the second wave (1 to 15 December), board in the third wave (15 to 20 December).

The fourth decision is fiscal compliance per recipient: employees as provision with key E48 and deduction as Public Relations expense; clients as Commercialisation expense with CFDI use G03; public officials under the General Law on Administrative Responsibilities with the authorised executive's declaration form; vendors as Procurement expense with CFDI use G03. The fifth decision is logistics: delivery to the office with recipient signature for employees; delivery to home with premium courier for top clients; delivery to the board office with closed agenda and CEO reception for the board.

Fiscal and legal compliance of Corp-X

Corp-X operates under four distinct fiscal regimes depending on the recipient. For employees, boxes are invoiced as provision with unit key E48 and included in the corporate's annual previsión social calculation, with compliance to the benefits chapter of the Federal Labour Law. For clients, boxes are invoiced with unit key E48 and CFDI use G03 general expenses, with deduction support as Commercialisation or Public Relations expense. For public officials, boxes are declared under the General Law on Administrative Responsibilities with the authorised executive's declaration form and recorded in the executive's asset declaration system when the value exceeds MXN $10,000.

For strategic vendors in the financial sector, boxes are declared under the PLD regime (Anti-Money Laundering) with recipient identification and documentary backup of the commercial relationship. For premium pieces valued above MXN $80,000 delivered to the board, SAT declaration is issued with the corresponding fiscal receipt and the piece is included in the board member's annual ISR calculation as in-kind income. Corp-Merch.MX handles the four regimes with a certified customs broker for international operations and with an allied accounting firm in CDMX for board declarations.

Run sizes, MOQ and production window for Corp-X

Corp-X 2026 operates with differentiated runs per tier and a 45 business-day production window before the first delivery wave. For posada boxes with runs from 100 pieces, the window closes 15 October. For thank-you boxes with runs from 50 pieces, the window closes 30 October. For vendor boxes with runs from 25 pieces, the window closes 5 November. For board boxes with runs from 12 pieces, the window closes 10 November with personalised curation piece by piece.

Unit cost varies by tier and run. As a budget planning reference: posada box from MXN $1,200 before VAT in runs of 100; thank-you box from MXN $1,800 before VAT in runs of 50; vendor box from MXN $2,400 before VAT in runs of 25; board box from MXN $9,500 before VAT in runs of 12. SAT invoicing is issued with 16% VAT breakdown and deduction support per the fiscal regime corresponding to each tier, with CFDI use G03, I02, I06 or the one the corporate Finance department instructs.
