Corp-W 2026 Bundle: the new hire's first day is planned from January

The Corp-W 2026 bundle covers Q1 onboarding and is built from the second half of January. The HR sub-directorate at corporates across Mexico City, Monterrey and Guadalajara typically closes the onboarding calendar in the first week of February so the kit lands in the new hire's hand during the first week of work. Waiting until March means the hire works three weeks without the branded t-shirt, the proximity badge, the company notebook, or the USB with the employee manual: Reception notices it, the line manager notices it, and the new hire notices it as well. Corp-W was planned so the corporate's first impression lines up with the hire's first business day, not three weeks later.

What the Corp-W 2026 bundle includes

Daily-use merch
Stainless steel thermo engraved with the corporate isotype and the new hire's name, hand-bound notebook on cream 80gsm paper with a synthetic leather cover, black roller pen with laser engraving, waxed canvas backpack with a 15-inch laptop compartment. These are pieces the hire uses during the first 90 days and that frame the onboarding ritual.

Identity merch
Organic cotton branded t-shirt in two corporate identity colours, proximity badge with a regenerated leather holder, plastic credential with photo and employee number, metal pin with the isotype. The provision meets the benefits chapter of the Federal Labour Law (LFT) and is invoiced as employee provision with unit key E48 in CFDI 4.0.

Welcome merch
Foil-stamped cardboard box with the isotype and the hire's name, CEO card signed in machine, direct team letter with the first 30-day steps, USB with the employee handbook, codes of conduct, benefits plan and travel policy. The box ships as one piece with paper tape and an HR wax seal.

Training merch
Onboarding notebook with the first-week syllabus, spare pens for workshops, document holder with the first-month agenda, lightweight technical backpack to carry material between sites. The technical pieces ship separately and adjust to the role: developer, sales, operations, admin, executive.

Four decisions HR closes in January

The first decision is the projected monthly intake. The corporate forecasts monthly new hires from the headcount authorised by the Finance directorate. For growth-stage corporates with monthly intake between 30 and 80 new hires, Corp-W operates with a minimum run of 25 units monthly and flexibility of +/- 20% adjustment in the second month. The second decision is sizing: HR delivers the size distribution from the pre-hire survey, and Corp-Merch.MX holds XS to XXL inventory to react to last-minute hires.

The third decision is the graphic line: the Image and Communication sub-directorate sends the brand manual with the high-resolution isotype, the colour palette, the licensed typefaces and the editable badge template files. The fourth decision is the delivery calendar: HR closes the calendar with each hire's start date and Corp-Merch.MX schedules deliveries with 10 business days of lead time so the box lands on the hire's desk the day before their start date.

Fiscal and labour compliance of the welcome kit

Corp-W is invoiced as employee provision with unit key E48 in CFDI 4.0, with 16% VAT breakdown and support for deduction as Training expense when the kit includes the onboarding component, or as Public Relations expense when the kit ships with a welcome event attended by the executive. For corporates with operations in free zones under the IMMEX programme, items that cross the northern border to deliver to the hire at the Texas, California or Arizona plant require a temporary import pedimento with key IN1 when the item stays less than a year abroad, or a definitive import pedimento when the item is assigned to the hire.

Compliance with the Federal Labour Law (LFT) in the benefits chapter is documented with the hire's signature on the provision receipt form and with the kit's inclusion in the annual social welfare (previsión social) calculation. For Bajío corporates (Querétaro, San Luis Potosí, Aguascalientes) receiving monthly plant hires, we run consolidated delivery to a central warehouse with Carta Porte 3.0 for the inter-plant transfer. For CDMX corporates with hires distributed across Polanco, Santa Fe, Reforma and Insurgentes, we run per-site delivery with premium courier and recipient signature at Reception.

Run sizes, MOQ and production window for Corp-W

Corp-W 2026 operates with monthly runs from 25 units and a 21 business-day production window before the month's first hire. For plant hires with monthly runs of 50 units, the window closes on the 5th of the previous month. For admin hires with monthly runs of 25 units, the window closes on the 8th of the previous month. For sales hires with monthly runs of 80 units, the window closes on the 3rd of the previous month with production in two batches to guarantee size and colour by region.

Unit cost varies by piece and run. As a budget planning reference: engraved thermo from MXN $380 before VAT in runs of 100; hand-bound notebook from MXN $260 before VAT in runs of 100; organic cotton branded t-shirt from MXN $290 before VAT in runs of 100; waxed canvas backpack from MXN $640 before VAT in runs of 50; foil-stamped covered cardboard box from MXN $85 before VAT in runs of 100. SAT invoicing is issued with unit key E48, 16% VAT breakdown and support for deduction as Training or Public Relations expense per the CFDI use HR instructs.
