Corp Summer 2026 Final Pack — the seasonal merch round for the hot cycle

Mexican summer 2026 runs from mid-June through mid-October. Inside that window land the Tianguis Turístico in Rosarito, the Summer Skidata in Puerto Vallarta, the incentive-travel conventions in the Riviera Maya, the new-route openings at Tulum International Airport, the leadership retreats in Punta Mita, the real-estate launches in Los Cabos and the fiscal-year close from July to September for many companies running an April-to-March calendar. The Corp Summer 2026 Final Pack consolidates all of that activity into a single contract: peinado-cotton tees with UV treatment, palm-woven caps from Yucatán, lightweight backpacks for beach staff, stainless-steel thermal bottles for field operations, hydration kits, micro-fibre towel sets for tourist activations and executive souvenirs for passing clients. We invoice in pesos with 16% IVA itemised, in US dollars at the day-rate for clients headquartered abroad, or in rubles through the agreement with Russian corporate when the shipment crosses into the Eurasian market.

What the pack includes and why it is assembled this way

The Corp Summer 2026 Final Pack is a pre-built solution that stays adjustable. Over a common base, we swap pieces according to the corporate channel. If the destination is a tourist activation on the Riviera Maya, the heart of the pack is the beach kit: a rashguard-style tee with UPF 50, a wide-brim cap with embroidered logo, an 80×120 cm micro-fibre towel with closure strap, a 750 ml vacuum-insulated thermal bottle and a corporate sandal with a jute sole that doubles as event give-away and staff uniform. If the destination is an incentive programme in Punta Mita or a quarter-end for the commercial team, the heart shifts to a recycled-polyester technical polo with Coolmax treatment, a 22-litre backpack with thermal compartment, a 10,000 mAh power bank with integrated cable and an impervious phone pouch.

When the corporate is shipping pieces to the Summer Skidata in Puerto Vallarta, we layer in branded merch to hand out at the booth: waxed-canvas tote backpacks with a leather patch, aluminium bottles with laser-engraved logo, woven-polyester lanyards with safety breakaway for VIP credentials and seed-paper sticky-note sets that get planted when the event ends. For clients handing the kit to an industrial operation in Mexicali, Hermosillo or Chihuahua during the summer cycle, the heart is replaced by a short-sleeve cotton button-down shirt, a palm jockey hat with sweatband, a polyester fishing shirt with rear ventilation and a hydration kit with electrolyte-salt single-serve sachets. Every variant keeps the corporate visual identity and ships under the same CFDI 4.0 invoice with 16% IVA breakdown.

How the summer 2026 calendar is scheduled

Mexican summer has three natural delivery windows. The first is pre-season, mid-June through end of July: when the corporate wants material ready ahead of the Tianguis Turístico in Rosarito, the incentive-travel conventions on the Riviera Maya and the summer retreats in Punta Mita. The second is the high peak, August and September: this is when incentive fairs, tourism-industry events and family retreats that some companies fund as part of the compensation package concentrate. The third is the warm close of October, when many companies running a September-to-August fiscal calendar close the year and deliver end-of-year recognition in a summer format.

For each window we run a separate calendar. Pre-season needs brief confirmation before May 15, production in June and delivery between June 25 and July 15. High peak needs brief before June 30, production in July and staggered delivery across August-September. The warm close needs brief before August 15, production in September and delivery between October 1 and 20. Corporates with an annual contract covering summer pair the Corp Summer 2026 Final Pack with the Corp Winter 2026 Final Pack and receive a continuity rate. When the corporate wants to extend the pack to an event abroad — Brazil, Colombia, Chile, the United States or Canada — we issue the foreign-trade complement without IVA and with the exchange rate locked at the start of the contract.

Pricing, MOQ and invoicing

The standard pack starts at MXN $745 before IVA per unit at the 250-piece tier, with the four base pieces: technical tee, thermal bottle, cap and compact backpack. The premium variant with UPF 50 rashguard, micro-fibre towel, jute-sole sandal and hydration kit goes to MXN $1,185 at the 150-piece tier. The express variant with 10-business-day production for urgent activations starts at MXN $985 at the 100-piece tier. The general MOQ is 100 pieces per programme; from 1,000 pieces per season we negotiate an annual contract rate with a fixed calendar and warm-warehouse safety stock.

We issue CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA breakdown before the SAT, using the client’s RFC and fiscal address. If the shipment crosses the border we issue an export CFDI with the foreign-trade complement and, when shipping is on our carrier, we attach the Carta Porte 3.0 complement. For corporates headquartered in the United States, Canada or LATAM we invoice in USD with the exchange rate locked at contract start and a monthly reconciliation at the day-rate on payment. For clients with a parent house in Russia or Eastern Europe we invoice in RUB under a master supply agreement with payment against documented delivery, BL or airway bill. Series with individual data per employee (name on tee, anniversary date on bottle) add five to ten business days to the lead time for the merge and per-piece verification.
