Each monthly shipment is invoiced under CFDI 4.0 in Mexican pesos with 16% IVA itemised, in USD at the locked rate for foreign subsidiaries, or in RUB through the agreement with Russian corporate. The subscription adapts to the IMMEX regime when the destination is a maquiladora plant with a training programme documented before STPS.
The Corp Monthly Final 2026 Final Pack is structured in three operational layers that renew each month. The first is the monthly coverage layer: a recurring lot of pieces that the corporate defines at the start of the subscription and that is delivered between the 5th and the 10th of each month. The lot composition adjusts monthly according to operational needs: in January and February priority goes to onboarding welcome kits, from March to May priority goes to pieces for commercial events and IMMEX training, from June to August priority goes to thermal summer pieces, from September to November priority goes to patriotic and fiscal year-end pieces, and in December priority goes to aguinaldo and Christmas pieces.
The second layer is the catalogue layer: access to the full workshop catalogue with the subscription preferential rate —slightly above the master-contract rate but with no minimum permanence. The corporate can request any catalogue SKU or an approved custom inside the same price range. The third layer is the services layer: monthly planning with a 30-minute phone brief, automatic electronic invoicing at the close of each shipment and online client-account access to review the order history. The monthly subscription is complemented with the ability to escalate to the annual contract at any time, with credit for the months already paid against the master-contract amount.
The subscription auto-renews month to month and is cancelled with 15 days’ notice before the next cycle, with no penalty. It is the right option for corporates that are testing the channel or that have variable demand month to month.
The workshop blocks monthly production capacity for subscriptions, which ensures delivery between the 5th and the 10th of each calendar month. If delivery is delayed by a cause attributable to the workshop, a 5% credit is automatically applied to the shipment amount in the next CFDI.
The subscription gives access to the full product catalogue of the workshop — tees, jackets, bottles, notebooks, pens, backpacks, gift boxes, premium kits — with the ability to add custom SKUs approved inside the same price range without renegotiating the rate.
At any time during the subscription the corporate can escalate to the annual contract with automatic credit for the months already paid against the master-contract amount, with no penalty for the modality change.
The Corp Monthly Final 2026 Final Pack admits three subscription modalities. The first is the standard subscription with fixed composition: the corporate defines the catalogue and volume of the monthly lot at the start and it stays stable until a change is requested. It is the most economical modality because it lets the workshop programme capacity in advance. The second is the flexible subscription with variable composition: the corporate sends the monthly purchase order with the specific composition it needs, with a minimum of 50 pieces per shipment and a maximum of 500 pieces. The third is the mixed subscription with guaranteed floor: it combines a minimum of 100 pieces per shipment with flexibility to scale to 800 pieces in peak months, which lets the corporate absorb seasonal peaks without renegotiating.
Payment is against delivery of each shipment, with a standard 15 calendar-day term for domestic clients and 30 days for corporates with subscriptions of more than six months. For IMMEX clients the invoicing can be documented as part of the training programme before STPS. For corporates with parent house in the United States, Canada or Brazil we invoice in USD at the exchange rate locked at the start of each quarter. For clients with parent house in Russia we invoice in RUB through the agreement with Russian corporate. The subscription is invoiced with 16% IVA itemised before SAT.
The monthly subscription starts at a minimum of 50 pieces per shipment in the flexible modality and 100 pieces per shipment in the mixed modality. The base rate varies by composition: for a standard composition with tees, notebooks, pens and thermoses the average rate is $485 MXN before IVA per piece. For a premium composition with jackets, office kits and engraved pieces the average rate is $785 MXN. For a mixed composition with standard and premium products the average rate is $635 MXN. Individual-name engraving is quoted as an add-on to the base piece.
We invoice under CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA itemised before SAT at each monthly shipment, with the option of consolidated invoicing if the corporate prefers it. For cross-border deliveries we issue an export CFDI with the foreign-trade complement. Under IMMEX, pieces for the maquiladora plant are invoiced with a complement that documents the training programme. For corporates with subsidiaries in the United States, Canada or LATAM we invoice in USD at the locked rate. For clients with parent house in Russia we invoice in RUB. Series with individual collaborator data are quoted as add-ons to the standard subscription piece.
