Corp May 2026 Final Pack — Hot Sale and Mother’s Day

The Corp May 2026 Final Pack covers the three vectors of the fifth Mexican fiscal month: Hot Sale delivery for the sales force (15-25 May, the critical window of the year for ecommerce and consumer-mass groups), the internal Mother’s Day activation (10 May), and the Expo Publicitas participation normally held in May at Centro Citibanamex in Mexico City. May also closes the second month of Q2, which forces the tax function to prepare the quarter reconciliation.

Lines inside the Corp May 2026 Final Pack

The pack runs on four lines that the corporate group contracts separately or consolidated. The Hot Sale line is the most fiscally sensitive: the income concentration during the event forces the client’s tax function to correctly document each gift delivered as deductible commercial expense, with LFPC compliance when the value exceeds the UMA threshold, and PLD compliance when the recipient is from the financial sector. We run three kit tiers (standard, premium, VIP) to adapt to the prospect tier and the client’s commercial program.

Hot Sale sales force line

Three tiers for the sales force during Hot Sale May 2026: standard kit (engraved thermo + notebook + card) from 320 MXN before IVA at a 100-unit run; premium kit (backpack + travel set + premium accessory) from 1,250 MXN before IVA at 50; VIP kit (curated experience + artisan-signed piece) from 4,800 MXN before IVA at 15. Delivery 15-25 May. For groups above 500 employees in the sales force, we run safety stock and staggered deliveries by region.

Mother’s Day line

Internal Mother’s Day activation (delivery 9-10 May): artisan kit (Mexican artisan product + personalised card) from 380 MXN before IVA at 100; premium kit (gastronomic set + preserved flowers) from 980 MXN before IVA at 50; VIP kit (curated experience with chef + signed piece) from 5,500 MXN before IVA. Pieces with inclusive design that celebrates motherhood without stereotypes, per internal diversity and inclusion policies.

Expo Publicitas CDMX line

Merch line for Expo Publicitas participation (May, Centro Citibanamex): staff kit (corporate tee + credential + thermo), sponsor kit (display + light furniture + merch bag), VIP visitor kit for clients from advertising, marketing, and media sectors. Coordination with the client’s marketing team and the venue. For consumer-mass and retail corporates, Expo Publicitas is one of the most important fairs for second-half product launches.

Q2 fiscal reconciliation line

Fiscal reconciliation component that lets the client’s accounting function review the CFDIs issued by Corp-Merch.MX during the first fiscal quarter (January-April 2026) and validate correct registration before the Q2 close of 30 June. The report includes detail by front, by line, by RFC, and by CFDI use, which simplifies reconciliation against the client’s accounting system and reduces SAT audit risk.

Hot Sale fiscal compliance: between the LFPC and the CFF

Hot Sale concentrates for Mexican corporate groups a significant share of the quarterly income, so the fiscal compliance of the associated commercial spend (gifts, prizes, discounts, raffles) is particularly sensitive. The Federal Law for the Prevention and Identification of Operations with Resources of Illicit Origin (LFPC) establishes the obligation to file UIF notices when gifts exceed certain UMA thresholds. For groups with high Hot Sale intensity (sales force above 200), the quarterly gift amount can easily exceed the threshold and require notice.

Beyond the LFPC, the Federal Fiscal Code (CFF) and the Income Tax Law (LISR) require that the gift delivered during Hot Sale is correctly documented so the client can deduct it as commercial expense. The invoice must be issued with the corresponding unit key (E48 corporate kit, G03 general expenses, I06 materials and supplies), the recipient tax regime, the CFDI use that applies to the spend chapter, and the recipient detail when the gift is personalised.

For financial-sector clients (banks, brokerages, insurers, fintech), the additional PLD compliance is mandatory: each gift delivered to a client must be reported to the client’s compliance function for registration in the AML system per the CNBV General Provisions. The Corp May 2026 Final Pack report includes each gift’s detail to simplify this registration.

FAQ — Corp May 2026 Final Pack

When does the brief close for May 2026?

The operational brief close is 10 April 2026 (with lead time for Hot Sale production). That allows production to start 21 April and staggered deliveries between 1 and 31 May. Briefs arriving after 10 April are processed for deliveries from the third week of May onwards, with the possibility of missing the 15-25 May Hot Sale window.

Does Hot Sale require UIF notice?

Yes, when the quarterly gift amount exceeds the current UMA threshold under the LFPC. For groups with sales force above 200 or intense prospect programs, the quarterly amount normally exceeds the threshold. The pack report identifies operations that require notice and documents them for filing in the AML portal.

How do you handle PLD compliance for the financial sector?

For financial-sector clients, each gift delivered during Hot Sale is reported to the client’s compliance function for PLD registration per the CNBV General Provisions. The report includes recipient detail, gift amount, delivery date, and photographic evidence. Coordination with the client’s compliance officer.

Can you deliver an inclusive Mother’s Day kit?

Yes. We run pieces with inclusive design that celebrates motherhood without gender stereotypes, per NOM-035 and internal diversity and inclusion policies. We recommend pieces with visual messaging that highlights mothers as leaders in different fields (businesswomen, scientists, athletes, artisans), not pieces with traditional stereotypes. Coordination with the client’s HR team.

How do you coordinate Expo Publicitas with the rest of the month?

For corporates that participate in Expo Publicitas and also run Hot Sale and Mother’s Day, we assign a single coordinator who supervises the three parallel operations. The coordinator reports to the client’s marketing team via WhatsApp Business and email, with photograph and signature of each delivery. This lets the client react in time if any delivery is delayed.

Does the Q2 reconciliation include the internal compliance report?

Yes. The Q2 fiscal reconciliation component of the pack includes the internal compliance report: detail of each executed front, recipients reached, amount invested per front, internal policy compliance, and applicable labour and tax legislation compliance. The report is presented to the CFO or administration director before the quarter close.
