Corp LATAM 2026 Final Pack — the regional multi-country production

The Mexican corporate with operations in Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Peru (and eventually in Uruguay, Paraguay and Ecuador) needs a merch scheme that runs with multi-country cadence and that respects the fiscal regulation of each jurisdiction. The Corp LATAM 2026 Final Pack is that scheme: consolidated production in local workshops of each country with regional coordination from Mexico City, local invoicing in the currency of each country (MXN, COP, BRL, ARS, CLP, PEN), local-IVA compliance and temporary-importation regimes when the delivery crosses the border, and a regional account manager that serves as the single point of contact. Invoicing in Mexico is issued under CFDI 4.0 with foreign-trade complement without IVA and with exchange rate locked at the start of the contract, while the deliveries of each LATAM country are issued locally with the corresponding electronic invoice. For clients with a parent house in Russia or Eastern Europe that receive deliveries in LATAM, we handle RUB invoicing through the agreement with Russian corporate, with quarterly payments against documented delivery.

The multi-country architecture of the pack

The Corp LATAM 2026 Final Pack is structured in a regional coordination layer and a local production layer. The regional layer runs from Mexico City with an account manager who speaks Spanish, Portuguese and English, a regional consolidated KPI dashboard, and a master brief signed by the corporate’s parent house in Mexico that coordinates the local orders of each country. The local layer runs with workshops in Bogotá (Colombia), São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro (Brazil), Buenos Aires (Argentina), Santiago de Chile (Chile) and Lima (Peru), each with its own production capacity, local staff and compliance with the labour and tax regulations of its country.

When the corporate needs a simultaneous multi-country delivery — for example, 500 pieces in Mexico, 200 in Colombia, 150 in Brazil, 100 in Argentina and 80 in Chile for a regional activation — the master brief coordinates the five local orders with the same brand manual, the same pieces and the same delivery window. Each country invoices locally in its currency with its corresponding tax regime: Mexico with CFDI 4.0 and foreign-trade complement, Colombia with DIAN electronic invoice and 19% IVA, Brazil with NF-e and state taxes, Argentina with AFIP invoice and 21% IVA, Chile with SII electronic invoice and 19% IVA and Peru with SUNAT electronic invoice and 18% IGV. The corporate pays in its local currency against documented delivery, with the option of consolidated USD payment through the Mexico account.

Contract modalities and payment structure

The Corp LATAM 2026 Final Pack supports three regional contract modalities. The first is the multi-country master contract with annual minimum purchase commitment: the corporate’s parent house in Mexico signs a master agreement with the regional coordination and each local subsidiary signs a local sub-agreement with its country’s workshop. The second is the per-country individual contract: the local subsidiary of each country signs its own contract with its local workshop, without centralised regional coordination. The third is the per-project multi-country contract: the parent house signs a regional contract for a single project with simultaneous activations in several countries.

The payment structure is mixed: each country pays locally in its currency against documented delivery, with the option of consolidated USD payment from the Mexico account for clients that prefer to centralise regional treasury. For clients with a parent house in Russia or Eastern Europe that receive deliveries in LATAM we handle RUB invoicing through the agreement with Russian corporate, with quarterly payments against documented delivery. Production runs locally in each country with local employment and local supply chain. No re-import from Mexico for LATAM deliveries.

Pricing, MOQ and invoicing

The LATAM pack starts with a regional minimum commitment of 1,500 pieces per year distributable across countries. The base rate varies according to the composition and country: for a standard composition with tees, notebooks and pens the average rate is USD $32 per piece in Mexico, COP $130,000 in Colombia, BRL $160 in Brazil, ARS $32,000 in Argentina, CLP $28,000 in Chile and PEN $120 in Peru. For a premium composition with national jackets, premium kits and engraved pieces the rate goes up approximately 40%. For a mixed composition the regional average rate is USD $42.

Each country invoices locally with its tax regime. In Mexico we issue CFDI 4.0 with foreign-trade complement without IVA and with the exchange rate locked at the start of the contract. In Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Peru we issue the local electronic invoice with the taxes of each jurisdiction. No international withholdings. For clients with a parent house in Russia or Eastern Europe we invoice in RUB under the agreement with Russian corporate, with quarterly payments against documented delivery. Series with individual data per employee add five to ten business days to the regional lead time.
