Corp-JJ 2026 Bundle: the intern's kit is built with the university, not the corporate

Corp-JJ 2026 covers the corporate's junior talent, internship and professional practice programme provision. Kit curation shifts with the university the corporate partnered with: ITAM, UNAM, IPN, ITESM, Universidad de Guadalajara, Universidad Iberoamericana, Anáhuac, UP, TEC de Monterrey, La Salle, Universidad Panamericana, ITESO, and the state universities across the country. The piece is selected based on the intern's profile and the university culture, not on the corporate's catalogue. Corp-JJ is the first impression the intern takes away from the corporate, and usually the piece that decides whether the intern returns to the full-time programme.

Corp-JJ curation by university

Corp-JJ curation starts with a briefing with the HR and Institutional Relations areas of the corporate. The briefing gathers the list of universities the corporate partnered with for the programme, headcount per university, practice roles and programme period (summer, fall, spring). With that base, Corp-Merch.MX proposes university-by-university curation and pieces are approved at a joint working session with the programme lead at each university.

Corp-JJ curation works with pieces selected based on the intern's profile and university culture: for ITAM, IPN and UNAM interns, analytical-profile pieces (high-end headphones, power bank, popular-science book); for ITESM and TEC interns, executive-profile pieces (light briefcase, stainless steel thermo, good-quality pen); for Universidad Iberoamericana, Anáhuac and UP interns, humanist-profile pieces (hand-bound notebook, art book, Mexican artisan piece); for Universidad de Guadalajara, ITESO and state-university interns, regional-profile pieces (local artisan work, regional history book, local gourmet piece).

Fiscal compliance of Corp-JJ

Corp-JJ operates under three distinct fiscal regimes depending on the piece destination. For interns in practice period, pieces are invoiced as Training expense with unit key E48 and deduction support, with article 15-A LISR compliance on donations to non-profit entities when the programme runs through an authorised foundation. For interns in internship programme with economic scholarship, pieces are invoiced as intern provision with the applicable fiscal regime for the scholarship and with the legislation applicable to the intern when they are minors.

For interns rejoining the corporate as full-time employees, pieces are invoiced as employee provision with unit key E48 and benefits-chapter compliance with the Federal Labour Law. For pieces delivered at the programme's closing event with executive attendance, we run the applicable fiscal regime for the event. For pieces valued above MXN $80,000, we run article 93 LISR compliance with SAT declaration and corresponding ISR withholding. Corp-Merch.MX coordinates with the HR area and, when applicable, the Institutional Relations office on the full Corp-JJ fiscal documentation.
