Corp Aug 2026 Final Pack — end-of-summer and the back-to-school handover

August is the hinge month of the Mexican corporate calendar: the July vacation period winds down, back-to-school cohorts begin at corporates with a documented education benefit, IMMEX programmes enter the second-semester compliance sprint, and HR teams must deliver the August onboarding kit to new hires before the month ends. The Corp Aug 2026 Final Pack is built for exactly that corridor: workshop production and delivery between 1 and 31 August, with a thermal summer catalogue (bottles, thermoses, hydration backpacks, dry-fit tees, caps and outdoor kits) that covers both the onboarding wave for new staff and the reactivation of loyalty programmes that paused in July. Invoicing is under CFDI 4.0 in Mexican pesos with 16% IVA itemised, in USD at the locked rate for foreign-parent corporates, or in RUB through the agreement with the Russian corporate when the final recipient is a Eurasian technical-exchange programme.

The architecture of the August pack

The Corp Aug 2026 Final Pack is delivered in three staggered lots covering the three working weeks of the month. Lot 1, between 4 and 8 August, covers the onboarding wave for the August hires: welcome kits that include a thermal backpack, a 750ml thermos with laser-engraved name of the new collaborator, a pocket notebook with the corporate logo in hot-stamping and a metallic pen in a corrugated cardboard case. Lot 2, between 11 and 22 August, covers loyalty-reactivation programmes: dry-fit tees with the corporate isotype in three-colour screen print, trucker-style caps with front embroidery, bottles branded for the internal Q3 campaign, and outdoor sets (torch, pocket knife, basic compass) for the sales incentive programmes.

Lot 3, between 25 and 29 August, covers the pre-Independence order: a commemorative piece for the Mes Patrio that lands before 15 September with the corporate isotype alongside a discreet Mexican flag —tricolour ribbon, bow, embroidered patch or box with patriotic seal— so collaborators can wear it at internal office celebrations or gift it to visitors passing through the corporate headquarters on those dates. Under USMCA, corporates with operations in Texas, California or Arizona can request Lot 3 in a bilingual Spanish/English version with rigid cardboard that meets CBP requirements for entry into the United States. For IMMEX clients with second-half technical training, the pack is complemented with manuals, USB drives with training content and identification badges that are delivered together with the didactic material.

The four guarantees of the August pack

Delivery guaranteed in August

Three staggered lots with firm dates: 4-8 August, 11-22 August and 25-29 August. If the first lot is delayed by a cause attributable to the workshop, a 5% credit is automatically applied to the amount of that lot in the next CFDI. The target is to close August with everything delivered, invoiced and reconciled against the original purchase order.

Thermal catalogue curated for the heat

A curated selection of products that perform at 30°C: double-wall vacuum bottles, thermoses with anti-spill lids, backpacks with ventilated cushioned back panels, dry-fit tees with UV protection, caps with absorbent sweatband. Every product passes thermal-chamber quality testing before leaving the workshop.

Domestic production with short lead times

Workshops in CDMX, Monterrey and Guadalajara with 5-7 business-day response capacity for catalogue SKUs and 10-12 days for custom pieces with embroidery or engraving. Simultaneous capacity of 3,000 pieces at each node, which absorbs end-of-month onboarding spikes without bottlenecks.

IMMEX and USMCA compatibility

The pack can be documented as a training input under the IMMEX programme when the destination is a maquiladora plant, and as a corporate-identity input for foreign subsidiaries under USMCA. Foreign-trade complement is issued when the shipment crosses the border and Carta Porte 3.0 when transport is operated by the workshop.

Order modalities and payment structure

The Corp Aug 2026 Final Pack admits three order modalities. The first is the single order for the full month: the corporate places a single order with the distribution of pieces by venue and the workshop delivers the three lots on the agreed dates. It is the most economical modality and offers the highest production priority. The second is the per-lot order: the corporate places three separate purchase orders, one per lot, which lets it adjust volume according to August-hire confirmations or programme adjustments decided mid-month. The third is the staggered order with deposit: the corporate leaves a 30% down payment when confirming the first lot and pays the remainder against delivery of each subsequent lot.

The payment structure is against delivery of each lot, with a standard 15 calendar-day term for domestic clients and 30 days for corporates with a master contract. For IMMEX clients the invoicing can be documented as part of the training programme when the destination is a maquiladora plant with a training programme documented before the STPS. For corporates with parent house in the United States, Canada or Brazil we invoice in USD at the exchange rate locked at the start of the month. For clients with parent house in Russia we invoice in RUB through the agreement with Russian corporate.

Costs, MOQ and invoicing

The Corp Aug 2026 Final Pack starts at a minimum order of 200 pieces, equivalent to one full lot. The base rate varies by pack composition: for a standard composition with tees, bottles, notebooks and pens the average rate is $385 MXN before IVA per piece. For a premium composition with light jackets, outdoor kits and engraved pieces the average rate is $685 MXN. For a mixed composition with standard and premium products the average rate is $535 MXN. Individual-name engraving on the thermos or notebook is quoted as an add-on to the pack.

We invoice under CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA itemised before SAT at each lot delivery, with the option of consolidated invoicing at month-close if the corporate prefers it. For cross-border deliveries we issue an export CFDI with the foreign-trade complement. Under IMMEX, pieces for the maquiladora plant are invoiced with a complement that documents the training programme when applicable. For corporates with subsidiaries in the United States, Canada or LATAM we invoice in USD at the locked rate. For clients with parent house in Russia we invoice in RUB. Series with individual collaborator data (engraved name, date, badge number) are quoted as add-ons to the base pack.
