Corp 87 final bundle: the kit your Mexican bank or corporate treasury hands an operator the moment they sign off on the first SPEI transfer in their first week

A Mexican banking and treasury corporation — a multiple bank authorized by Banxico and the CNBV, a niche bank authorized for private banking, a Sofipo authorized by the CNBV, a corporate treasury of a business group authorized for national and foreign-currency operations, a brokerage authorized for capital-markets operations, a finance company authorized for factoring — needs to hand uniforms, manuals and tangible tools to the operator who signs off on the first SPEI transfer, the first COA inquiry or the first corporate KYC verification in their first week. The corp 87 final bundle includes an executive uniform with jacket and tie, an AML kit with compliance manual, an encrypted USB for contract storage, a Banxico manual with SPEI/SPID/COA procedures, and an executive badge with photo and magnetic access strip. We issue the CFDI 4.0 invoice under clave G03 as a banking investment, fully deductible under article 27 of the LISR.

Why banking without a physical kit fails the first CNBV audit

The Ley de Instituciones de Crédito, the Ley del Banco de México, the Ley para Regular las Instituciones de Tecnología Financiera (Fintech Law), the Ley Federal para la Prevención e Identificación de Operaciones con Recursos de Procedencia Ilícita (LFPIORPI) and the CNBV General Dispositions regulate the operation of banks, Sofipo, brokerages, finance companies and corporate treasuries in Mexico. The Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores (CNBV), Banco de México (Banxico), the Unidad de Inteligencia Financiera (UIF), the Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público (SHCP) and CONDUSEF run ordinary and extraordinary visits to verify that the corporation complies with operating authorization, AML practices, KYC procedures, SPEI/SPID/COA rules and uniform-and-security-tools delivery.

The Mexican banking and treasury corporation spends on average MXN 7,800 to 22,800 per operator on retail-purchased uniforms, encrypted USBs and manuals that fall short of security norms, without an executive badge, without an AML kit, without a Banxico manual. The corp 87 final bundle turns that into a standardized kit with an invoice, uniform and manuals: the uniform identifies the operator in the treasury room, the executive badge with magnetic strip secures access, the encrypted USB protects the contracts, the AML manual documents the first unusual operation, the Banxico manual points to the first SPEI.

For banking and treasury corporations with operations across multiple states (CDMX, Estado de México, Jalisco, Nuevo León, Puebla, Querétaro, Veracruz, Yucatán) the kit ships with the operator's start-date calendar and a QR linking to the in-house Compliance platform. The People area pulls a dashboard with completion per unit, kit-delivery rate and findings rate in internal audits. The invoice is broken out from HR and reported as a banking investment.

For corporations with several legal entities and operations across multiple states, the kit ships in a single order with batches segregated by RFC and per-entity invoicing. We ship with Castores, Tres Guerras or Estafeta — 3 to 5 business days to any city, with tracking and delivery confirmation. For deliveries into free-zone addresses (atypical for banks) we apply 0% IVA with the free-zone SAT complement.

How we invoice the banking kit under the LISR and the CNBV

The corp 87 final bundle runs on two billing models. The first is single-order per operator with CFDI 4.0 issued at month-end and per-line description, deductible as a banking expense. The second is an annual contract at a fixed unit price with delivery-driven invoicing each quarter, with the pagos complement at 30 days when the corporate runs credit lines.

The CFDI Uso depends on the client tax regime and the receiving area. For Régimen General with Compliance, Risks or Treasury area, we bill under clave G03 (general expenses) as a banking investment. For RESICO we bill under the same clave because the kit is treated as a human-capital investment. We validate with the People area before the first delivery to lock down the expense account and the right clave.

The 16% IVA breaks out per line in the CFDI 4.0. Deliveries into free-zone addresses (atypical for banks) calculate IVA at 0% and include the free-zone SAT complement with authorization number. Cross-border deliveries run at 0% IVA with the Comercio Exterior complement and the pedimento.

Cancellation or correction of the CFDI is processed within 24 hours of the request. For model or spec changes after delivery we handle replacement at additional charge with a fresh CFDI for the extra piece. Kits that go undelivered because the operator drops out before day one are invoiced only when Compliance signed the order at least five business days in advance.

Sizing, colours and stock curve

The jacket runs in 36 to 50 with slim-fit cut. The shirt runs in CH through XXG with Italian collar. The tie is universal with 8 cm width. The encrypted USB is universal with 64 GB capacity. The badge is individual with magnetic strip. For corporations with executive uniforms for the CEO we offer a two-piece suit and cufflinks at a surcharge.

The uniform colours are locked in on the first order and held stable to build brand identity. The most common Mexican banking-corporation combinations: navy jacket plus white shirt plus navy tie for treasury and operations profiles; Oxford grey jacket plus white shirt plus red tie for compliance and risks profiles; navy jacket plus white shirt plus green tie for executives and directors.

For banking corporations with more than 30 banking operators per year we hold rotating stock in our warehouses with monthly replenishment. The corporate pays only when the operator's start date is confirmed — no minimum volume. Premium logistics run on Castores or Tres Guerras with 3 to 5 business day delivery to any city. For free-zone deliveries we coordinate with local couriers.

Pricing, MOQ and timelines

Pricing in MXN before 16% IVA. The corp 87 final bundle starts at MXN 8,890 per kit from an MOQ of 5. At 30 kits or more the unit drops to MXN 7,890. On annual contracts of more than 100 operators the unit drops to MXN 6,890 with safety stock reserved in our CDMX and Guadalajara warehouses. The CFDI 4.0 invoice is issued at month-end with full deductibility as a banking investment.

Production time is 12 to 15 business days for kits with personalization. Runs of more than 30 kits need 18 to 22 business days with scheduling six weeks ahead of the operator's start date. Delivery goes to the bank office with Compliance sign-off or directly to the operator with tracked shipping.

For corporations with several legal entities and centralized Compliance, we run a consolidated kit with per-unit breakdown in a single invoice, lines split by RFC. For deliveries to tourism destinations we coordinate with specialized couriers.
