Corp 83 final bundle: the kit your Mexican hotel chain hands a new staff member the moment they greet the first international guest in their first week

A Mexican hotel and restaurant group — a five-star hotel in Cancún or the Riviera Maya, an all-inclusive resort in Los Cabos or Puerto Vallarta, a boutique hotel in CDMX or San Miguel de Allende, an author restaurant with a Mexican Michelin star, a franchise restaurant chain, an inbound-tour operator with Sectur authorization — needs its staff who sign their employment contract in their first shift to arrive with uniforms, manuals and tangible tools. The corp 83 final bundle includes a complete uniform with white shirt and black trousers, a welcome kit with badge and business card, a guest-service manual with service protocol, a reservations notebook with QR codes for PMS access, a Sectur guide covering inbound-tour procedures and USMCA service exports, and a NOM-035 occupational-wellbeing kit. We issue the CFDI 4.0 invoice under clave G03 as a hospitality investment, fully deductible under article 27 of the LISR.

Why Mexican hospitality without a physical kit loses the international guest on the first stay

The Ley General de Turismo, the Lineamientos del Sistema de Clasificación Hotelera por Categorías and NOM-251-SSA1-2009 regulate the operation of tourism services in Mexico. The Secretaría de Turismo (Sectur), the Secretaría de Salud (SSA), PROFECO and the STPS run ordinary and extraordinary visits to verify that the chain complies with category classification, food-safety requirements, hygiene practices and uniform-and-equipment delivery. The USMCA treaty in chapter 23 governs cross-border trade in tourism services. NOM-035-STPS-2018 applies to psychosocial risk factors at work.

The Mexican hotel corporation spends on average MXN 3,200 to 8,800 per new hire on retail-purchased uniforms that fall short of category standards, without a badge, without a service protocol, without a reservations manual, without a wellbeing kit. The corp 83 final bundle turns that into a standardized kit with an invoice, uniform and manuals: the uniform identifies staff to the guest, the badge and business card build credibility, the service manual protects the first impression, the reservations notebook with QR speeds up the operation, the Sectur guide points to the first inspection, the wellbeing kit cares for the collaborator.

For hotel corporations with operations in international tourism destinations (Cancún, Riviera Maya, Los Cabos, Puerto Vallarta, Huatulco, Ixtapa, Cozumel, Holbox, CDMX) the kit ships with the contract calendar and a QR linking to the in-house Talent platform. The Operations area pulls a dashboard with completion per destination, kit-delivery rate and post-onboarding retention. The invoice is broken out from HR and reported as a hospitality investment.

For corporations with several legal entities and operations across multiple destinations, the kit ships in a single order with batches segregated by RFC and per-entity invoicing. We ship with Castores, Tres Guerras or Estafeta — 3 to 5 business days to any city, with tracking and delivery confirmation. For deliveries into free-zone addresses (typical of Cancún, Los Cabos, Cozumel, Isla Mujeres, Holbox with free-zone regime) we apply 0% IVA with the free-zone SAT complement.

How we invoice the hotel kit under the LISR and the Ley General de Turismo

The corp 83 final bundle runs on two billing models. The first is single-order per destination with CFDI 4.0 issued at month-end and per-line description, deductible as a hospitality expense. The second is an annual contract at a fixed unit price with delivery-driven invoicing each quarter, with the pagos complement at 30 days when the corporate runs credit lines.

The CFDI Uso depends on the client tax regime and the receiving area. For Régimen General with Talent or HR area, we bill under clave G03 (general expenses) as a hospitality investment. For RESICO we bill under the same clave because the kit is treated as a human-capital investment. We validate with the People area before the first delivery to lock down the expense account and the right clave.

The 16% IVA breaks out per line in the CFDI 4.0. Deliveries into free-zone addresses (Cancún, Los Cabos, Cozumel, Isla Mujeres, Holbox with free-zone regime) calculate IVA at 0% and include the free-zone SAT complement with authorization number. Cross-border deliveries run at 0% IVA with the Comercio Exterior complement and the pedimento.

Cancellation or correction of the CFDI is processed within 24 hours of the request. For model or spec changes after delivery we handle replacement at additional charge with a fresh CFDI for the extra piece. Kits that go undelivered because the worker drops out before day one are invoiced only when Talent signed the order at least five business days in advance.

Sizing, colours and stock curve

The shirt runs in CH through XXG with unisex cut. The trousers run in 26 to 44 with regular or tall length. The badge and card are individual. The notebook is universal with 240 pages. For corporations with gala uniforms (five-star and author restaurants) we offer jacket, tie and waistcoat at a surcharge.

The uniform colours are locked in on the first order and held stable to build brand identity. The most common Mexican hotel combinations: white shirt plus black trousers plus navy badge for administrative and front-desk profiles; white shirt plus black trousers plus Oxford grey badge for housekeeping and maintenance profiles; white shirt plus black trousers plus red badge for F&B profiles.

For hotel corporations with more than 30 staff per destination per year we hold rotating stock in our warehouses with monthly replenishment. The corporate pays only when the worker's start date is confirmed — no minimum volume. Premium logistics run on Castores or Tres Guerras with 3 to 5 business day delivery to any destination. For free-zone deliveries we coordinate with local couriers.

Pricing, MOQ and timelines

Pricing in MXN before 16% IVA. The corp 83 final bundle starts at MXN 3,890 per kit from an MOQ of 5. At 30 kits or more the unit drops to MXN 3,290. On annual contracts of more than 100 staff the unit drops to MXN 2,790 with safety stock reserved in our CDMX, Cancún and Los Cabos warehouses. The CFDI 4.0 invoice is issued at month-end with full deductibility as a hospitality investment.

Production time is 12 to 15 business days for kits with personalization. Runs of more than 30 kits need 18 to 22 business days with scheduling six weeks ahead of the worker's start date. Delivery goes to the corporate property with Talent sign-off or directly to the worker with tracked shipping.

For corporations with several legal entities and centralized Talent, we run a consolidated kit with per-destination breakdown in a single invoice, lines split by RFC. For deliveries to remote destinations (Huatulco, Ixtapa, Holbox) we coordinate with regional offices and specialized couriers.
