The CFDI Uso depends on the client tax regime and the receiving area. For Régimen General with People or Talent area, we bill under clave G03 (general expenses) as a home-office infrastructure investment. For RESICO we bill under the same clave because the kit is treated as a human-capital investment. We validate with the People area before the first delivery to lock down the expense account and the right clave.
The 16% IVA breaks out per line in the CFDI 4.0. Cancellation or correction of the CFDI is processed within 24 hours of the request.
