Corp package 62 final: the kit a Mexican corporate hands out so the ESG report does not stay a pretty PDF on a shelf

The Mexican corporate that genuinely takes ESG seriously knows that an annual sustainability report full of charts and an awareness workshop do not change daily operations if the backpack employees receive is still made of virgin nylon, if the bottle in the hydration programme is still the same one from five years ago, if the notebooks in the leadership programme are still laminated with plastic. The Corp package 62 final ships a GRS-certified recycled PET backpack, an rPET bottle with 12 reused bottles, an agave-fibre and organic cotton notebook, a recyclable cardboard USB with native seed, a zero-waste kit with bamboo cutlery and cloth bag, and a personal carbon footprint calculator with offset guide. CFDI 4.0 is issued under key G03 on the ESG investment line, fully deductible under article 27 of the LISR.

Why ESG fails when it arrives only as the annual report

The Mexican Stock Exchange requires since 2023 that corporates listed on the S&P/BMV index report ASG (Environmental, Social, Governance) indicators under SASB (Sustainability Accounting Standards Board) standards. Mexican corporates with European clients and the international corporates operating in Mexico must comply with NMX-SAA-14001 and the EU CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive). The corporate that complies with the report but does not deliver concrete tools to employees ends with a gap between external discourse and internal operations.

The Mexican corporate spends on average between USD 130 and 380 per employee per year on corporate merchandise without environmental certification. The Corp package 62 final rationalises that spend and ships a kit with traceable certification: each component carries a lot number and QR code pointing to the supplier certificate (GRS, OEKO-TEX, FSC, SGS). The invoice is segregated from general expenses and reported as ESG investment under the general LISR regime.

For corporates with active sustainability programmes (ESG Committees, Climate Action Boards, Carbon Footprint Ambassadors, Pronatura or WWF Mexico alliances), the kit is delivered with the programme calendar and QR code for registration on the internal tracking platform. The sustainability area receives a dashboard with compliance by area, percentage of employees with assigned kit, and PET bottle equivalent withdrawn from the environment. The invoice is segregated from HR spend and reported as environmental investment.

For corporates with multiple legal entities and nationwide operations, the kit is delivered in a single order with lots segregated by RFC and independent invoicing per entity. Premium logistics with DHL or Estafeta deliver in 3 to 5 business days to any state in the country, with tracking and delivery confirmation. For free zone deliveries (typical of IMMEX with employees in Baja California or Sonora), VAT is calculated at 0% rate and the Free Zone complement is attached with the SAT authorisation number.

How the ESG kit is invoiced under NMX-SAA and LISR

The Corp package 62 final operates in two invoicing modes. The first is closed monthly order with CFDI 4.0 issued at month-end with line-by-line description for deduction as ESG investment spend. The second is annual contract with fixed unit price and invoice against actual delivery each quarter, with payment complement at 30 days when the corporate operates on credit lines.

CFDI Use depends on the client tax regime and the receiving area. For the General Regime with sustainability or ESG committee, the invoice is issued under G03 (general expenses) on the environmental investment line. For RESICO, the same key is used because the kit counts as human capital investment. Validation with the accounting area happens before the first batch to confirm the specific expense account and the correct key.

VAT 16% is broken down line by line on CFDI 4.0. For free zone deliveries (typical of IMMEX with employees in Baja California, Sonora or Tamaulipas), VAT is calculated at 0% rate and the Free Zone complement is attached with the SAT authorisation number. For interstate deliveries with Carta Porte, the Carta Porte 3.0 complement is attached with carrier data and documented origin-destination.

CFDI cancellation or correction is processed within 24 hours of the request. For model or specification changes after the kit has been delivered, we handle replacement with additional charge and new CFDI for the additional piece. A kit not delivered because the employee left before day one is invoiced only if the order confirmation was signed by the sustainability area at least 5 business days in advance.

Sizes, colours and stock curve

The Corp package 62 final backpack is universal with capacity for 13" to 15" laptops. The bottle is universal with 600 ml capacity. The notebook is universal with lined or grid pages per preference. The USB is universal with 32 GB capacity. For corporates with extended hydration programmes, we offer a 750 ml version with surcharge and additional production time.

Backpack and bottle colours are selected on the first order and kept stable to build brand identity. Common combinations in Mexican corporates: black backpack + graphite bottle + kraft notebook + kraft USB for administrative and financial profiles; navy backpack + sage green bottle + kraft notebook + kraft USB for technical and operational profiles; forest green backpack + sand bottle + kraft notebook + kraft USB for commercial and customer service profiles.

For corporates with more than 100 employees in the ESG programme, we run a rotating warehouse stock with monthly replenishment. The corporate pays for the kit only when assignment to the employee is confirmed, with no minimum volume commitment. Premium logistics with DHL or Estafeta deliver in 3 to 5 business days to any state in the country. For corporates with multiple legal entities, lots are segregated by RFC with independent invoicing per entity.

Pricing, MOQ and lead times

Prices in MXN before VAT 16%. The Corp package 62 final starts at MXN 1,460 per unit from MOQ 30. In quarterly batches of 80 kits or more, the cost drops to MXN 1,280. In annual contracts of more than 1,200 kits with quarterly deliveries, the cost drops to MXN 1,090 with reserved safety stock in our CDMX and Guadalajara warehouses. CFDI 4.0 is issued at month-end with full deductibility under ESG investment spend.

Production lead times are 18 to 22 business days for kits with personalisation and corporate embroidery. Batches of more than 100 kits require 25 to 30 business days with scheduling 8 weeks before the first day of the quarter. Delivery is made to the corporate office with sustainability area acknowledgement or directly to the employee's home with tracked shipping.

For corporates with IMMEX free zone operations, the kit is assembled in Tijuana or Monterrey with cross-border delivery in 24 to 48 hours and carta porte with 0% VAT. For corporates with multiple legal entities and centralised ESG committee, we run consolidated kit with breakdown per entity on a single invoice with RFC-separated lines.

FAQ — Corp package 62 final

Does the recycled PET backpack have GRS certification?

Yes. The backpack is GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certified with supplier licence number traceable by QR code. The recycled PET fabric contains 28 reused bottles per unit. The back panel and straps also use certified recycled PET mesh. The supplier audit is performed by Control Union annually and the certificate is attached to the invoice when the client requires it for environmental impact reporting under NMX-SAA or CSRD.

Can the agave notebook be personalised with corporate logo?

Yes. The notebook cover carries the corporate logo in hot stamping in gold, silver or copper foil, according to brand guidelines. The interior can carry a presentation page with a CEO or ESG committee message and a QR code to the annual sustainability report. For corporates with a leadership programme, we add colour separators and interior pocket with low-relief calligraphy of the employee's name. It is invoiced separately with its own line on CFDI 4.0.

Does the USB with seed germinate in any Mexican climate?

Yes. We offer six native Mexican seed species adapted to different climates: rosemary and lavender for temperate climate (CDMX, Puebla, Toluca), cempasúchil for warm climate and Day of the Dead, Mexican sunflower for varied climates, basil for warm humid climate (Veracruz, Tabasco) and chia for dry climate (Oaxaca, Chihuahua). Each USB includes planting instructions with lunar calendar and soil recommendations. Germination takes 10 to 21 days depending on species.

Can you calculate the PET bottles withdrawn from the environment equivalent?

Yes. For every 100 kits delivered we calculate the equivalent of 2,800 PET bottles withdrawn from the environment (28 per backpack + 12 per bottle) and attach it to the corporate ESG report as a verifiable environmental indicator. For annual contracts of more than 1,000 kits, the report is delivered with infographics ready to integrate into the Sustainability Report under GRI or SASB standard. The information is audited by independent third party and attached to CFDI 4.0 when the client requires it.

Can the kit include bamboo cutlery and zero-waste bag?

Yes. For active zero-waste programmes at the corporate, we add a cutlery kit with bamboo utensils (fork, spoon, knife, chopsticks) in a cloth case, stainless steel straw with cleaning brush, organic cotton cloth napkin, and mesh bag for fruit and vegetables. The kit is delivered in a recycled fabric bag with handle and is invoiced separately with its own line on CFDI 4.0 under the zero-waste line.

Do you offer a personal carbon footprint calculator?

Yes. For active carbon footprint offset programmes, we include a personal calculator with companion app, mobility and consumption questionnaire, dashboard with indicators per impact area (transport, food, energy, waste), and catalog of verified offset projects (reforestation in Sierra de Oaxaca, wind energy in Oaxaca, methane capture in Hidalgo). The corporate can fund offset projects with the same consolidated invoice.
