Corp 59 final bundle: the kit the Mexican rider carries when delivering 80 packages per day in CDMX

The Mexican last-mile delivery rider drops between 60 and 100 packages daily across CDMX, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Querétaro and Puebla under rain, heat, traffic and 5-star rating pressure. What they pack in the backpack decides whether delivery is on time or whether the customer rates them 1 star. The corp 59 final bundle ships the thermal backpack with food insulation, 3M H-700 hard hat with visor and four-point suspension, class 2 high-visibility vest with retroreflective tape, 20,000 mAh power bank with fast charge for the route phone, 32 GB encrypted USB with logistics app and operating manuals, and MIFARE RFID PVC badge for distribution-centre access and delivery logging. The CFDI 4.0 invoice goes out with key G03 (general expenses) under the work tools line and is 100% deductible under the general regime.

Why the rider's backpack decides the customer rating

The Mexican corporate with a last-mile network of 200+ independent or contracted riders spends between $3,800 and $7,500 MXN monthly per rider on fuel, vehicle maintenance, commissions, uniforms and tools. Of that total, between 8 and 12% goes to tools the rider renews from their own pocket because the company never gave them a standardised kit. The corp 59 final bundle organises that expense and invoices it as work-tools investment with full deductibility and CFDI 4.0 broken out by line.

The thermal backpack with insulation maintains hot food temperature (60°C) for 4 hours or cold food (4°C) for 8 hours per ASTM test. The backpack is 600D nylon with PU waterproof coating, YKK zip closure, exterior phone pocket, side water-bottle pocket, top handle and padded straps with ergonomic breathable back panel. Corporate logo embroidered on the front. 32-litre capacity with three organiser compartments.

The 3M H-700 hard hat with visor protects the rider on motorbike under rain and sun. The visor is clear polycarbonate with anti-fog and anti-scratch treatment, 99.9% UV protection. The four-point suspension with ratchet adjustment allows extended use without fatigue. The detachable nylon chin strap works for closed-vehicle use. NOM-009-STPS and ANSI Z89.1 compliant.

For corporates with metropolitan-area operations under mobility regulation (CDMX with regulated motorbike delivery programme, Guadalajara with municipal registry), we attach to the kit the regulatory compliance: valid licence, liability insurance, vehicle verification and photo ID badge. The invoice segregates from tools expense for correct deductibility under LISR Article 27.

How the last-mile kit invoices under LISR

The corp 59 final bundle runs in two invoicing modes. The first is per-cohort with CFDI 4.0 issued at month close and per-line description. The second is annual contract with fixed unit price invoiced against actual monthly delivery, with payment complement at 30 days when the corporate runs on credit lines.

USO CFDI depends on the client's tax regime. For Régimen General with logistics or HR area, it invoices on key G03 (general expenses) under the work tools line. For RESICO, the same key applies because the kit counts as logistics-operation investment. Accounting validates ahead of the first batch to confirm the right key and the specific expense account.

The 16% IVA breaks out line by line on the CFDI 4.0. For free-zone deliveries (typical of IMMEX distribution centres in Baja California, Sonora or Tamaulipas), IVA is calculated at 0% and the Free Zone complement attaches with the SAT authorisation number. For deliveries with Carta Porte across state lines, the Carta Porte 3.0 complement attaches with the carrier's data.

Cancellation or correction of the CFDI runs within 24 hours of the request. Size changes after delivery are handled by replacement with an additional charge and a new CFDI for the additional piece. A kit not delivered because of rider withdrawal before the first day is invoiced only when order confirmation was signed by the logistics area at least 5 business days in advance.

Sizes, colours and stock curve

The recommended curve for a 150-rider network is: vests in XS 5%, S 25%, M 35%, L 25%, XL 10% with reserve for replacements; hard hats in one size with universal adjustment. The thermal backpack and power bank are universal. For female riders, we run a version with contoured cut and adjusted torso length on the vest.

Vest and hard hat colours follow the corporate's code and local mobility regulation. The most common combinations in Mexican last-mile corporates are: fluorescent orange vest + white hard hat + black backpack for CDMX; yellow-lime vest + yellow hard hat + grey backpack for Guadalajara; orange vest + orange hard hat + black backpack for Monterrey. The colour gets selected on the first order and stays stable to build brand identity.

For corporates with multiple distribution centres across regions (CDMX, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Querétaro, Puebla), we run segregated batches per centre with independent invoicing per RFC. Consolidation of backpack, vest and hard hat stock runs 6 weeks ahead for cohorts of 50 kits or less, and 10 weeks ahead for mass cohorts of more than 200 riders.

Pricing, MOQ and timelines

Pricing in MXN before 16% IVA. The corp 59 final bundle starts at $1,790 MXN per unit from MOQ 30. In monthly series of 80 kits or more, the unit cost drops to $1,540 MXN. In annual contracts above 1,200 kits with monthly deliveries, the unit cost drops to $1,380 MXN with safety stock reserved at our CDMX, Guadalajara and Monterrey warehouses. The CFDI 4.0 invoice is issued at month close with full deductibility under tools expense.

Production runs 15 to 18 business days for kits with personalised embroidery, vests with tape and programmed encrypted USB. Series above 200 kits require 22 to 25 business days with a 6-week lead time before the first route day. Distribution-centre delivery goes out 1 to 3 days before start with tracked courier and acknowledgement from the logistics area.

For IMMEX corporates in the free zone, the kit is assembled in Tijuana or Monterrey with cross-border delivery in 24 to 48 hours and Carta Porte at 0% IVA. For corporates with multiple legal entities and centralised logistics, we run a consolidated kit with breakdown per entity on one invoice with separate lines per RFC.

FAQ — corp 59 final bundle

Can you include the corporate logo on the thermal backpack?

Yes. Each thermal backpack is individually embroidered with the corporate logo on the front (12 cm). For corporates with more detailed branding, we run DTF print with additional cost. The backpack ships with exterior pocket for the photo ID badge. The rider list confirmation closes 8 business days before delivery to guarantee production time.

What happens if the rider resigns before completing the month?

The kit is considered delivered to the rider and logged in the logbook. No return or replacement applies to the corporate. The corporate decides whether to deduct residual kit value from severance (common practice in logistics) or absorb it as a period expense. The original invoice remains as support for the deductible expense. For riders leaving before 30 days, the kit invoices in full because it was delivered.

Can you deliver in free zone at 0% IVA?

Yes. For IMMEX corporates with distribution centres in Baja California, Sonora or Tamaulipas, we deliver into free zone with 0% IVA CFDI and the Free Zone complement attached. The Carta Porte is issued with origin at our Tijuana or Matamoros warehouse and destination at the client's distribution centre. For multi-site in the free zone, 0% stays in place with a residential address complement per delivery.

Does the hard hat meet NOM-009-STPS certification for motorbike use?

Yes. The 3M H-700 hard hat complies with NOM-009-STPS for cranial protection and ANSI Z89.1. The polycarbonate visor complies with NOM-136 and ANSI Z87.1+. For motorbike use in CDMX under the regulated motorbike delivery programme, we attach to the kit the regulatory compliance: ECE 22.05 certification (recommended for motorbike) or DOT (US Department of Transportation). The hard hat invoices with additional charge for ECE certification when the corporate requires it.

Can you include RFID PVC badge for distribution-centre access?

Yes. For corporates with electronic access control systems, we include PVC badge with MIFARE Classic 1K or NTAG213 RFID technology depending on the client's reader. The badge carries rider photo, name, employee number, validity and QR code. It invoices separately with its own line on the CFDI 4.0 and ships with retractable badge holder for route use.

Do you handle kits for bike or e-scooter riders?

Yes. For corporates with bicycle or e-scooter last-mile operations, we run a kit version without the H-700 hard hat (replaced with cycling helmet with EN 1078 certification) and a smaller thermal backpack (24 litres) with lumbar adjustment for urban cycling. The invoice goes out with the same technical description as the corp 59 final bundle with component adjustments.
