Corp 50 final bundle: the go-bag for the Mexican engineer who hits three conferences a month

The Mexican engineer working in DevOps, fintech, AI or cybersecurity attends between 4 and 12 tech conferences per year across CDMX, Monterrey, Guadalajara, San Francisco, Austin and Bogotá. What they pack for the event decides whether they come back with clients, ideas or just memories. The corp 50 final bundle equips the engineer with a tech backpack with 16" laptop compartment, a DTF-printed corporate shirt that's vibrant and survives 60 washes, a 500 ml stainless thermos, a 32 GB encrypted USB with the corporate technical documentation, a sticker pack with the brand and tech stack, a metal pin with the corporate logo and an NFC card for fast prospect capture. The CFDI 4.0 invoice goes out with key G03 (general expenses) or P01 (advertising) depending on use and is 100% deductible under the general regime.

Why the DTF shirt wins where screen printing loses

The Mexican engineer at companies like Kavak, Bitso, Mercado Libre, Clip, Konfío, Albo, Stori, Clara, Kueski, Banregio Hey, Nu México, BBVA Spark, Olist, VTEX, Globant, Wizeline, Mux, Datavant, Cornershop, Jüsto or Higo wears to the event the shirt they put on at the last hackathon. If the shirt is faded, peeling or carries a former employer's logo, it signals rotation. If the shirt is DTF-printed with vibrant Pantone colours, crisp details and 60-wash durability, it signals stability and professionalism. The corp 50 final bundle ships DTF shirts instead of screen printing.

DTF (Direct to Film) printing allows Pantone colours with under-2% tolerance, smooth gradients, fine details under 1 mm and 60-wash durability per the manufacturer's technical sheet. The shirt is 180 g/m² combed cotton with side seams, 1×1 ribbed crew neck and double-stitched bottom hem. Sizes XS to 2XL with documented curve. Colours: white, black, Oxford grey, navy, bottle green, wine red, mustard.

For conferences with active networking sessions (KubeCon, DevOpsDays, Money 20/20, Talent Land, Tech Summit, SRECon, AWS re:Invent satellite), the kit includes MIFARE NTAG213 NFC cards pre-loaded with the engineer's contact information. The receiver taps the card with their phone and the contact loads automatically without needing an app. Compatible with iPhone 7+ and NFC-enabled Android. The NFC card invoices separately with its own line on the CFDI 4.0.

For corporates with US or Canadian operations under USMCA, the kit ships with temporary customs entry for the engineer's personal effects and temporary export letter for the corporate goods. The Mexican invoice goes out in MXN at the day's exchange rate and is paired with an American invoice when the corporate requires it for their US books.

How the tech go-bag invoices

The corp 50 final bundle runs in two invoicing modes. The first is closed monthly order with CFDI 4.0 issued at month close and per-line description. The second is annual contract with fixed unit price invoiced against actual quarterly delivery, with payment complement at 30 days when the corporate runs on credit lines.

USO CFDI depends on the client's tax regime and the kit's use. For Régimen General with marketing and brand-development area, it invoices on key P01 (advertising). For the tech area with internal use, it invoices on key G03 (general expenses) under the work tools line. For RESICO, it invoices on key G03 because the tool counts as deductible investment. Accounting validates ahead of the first batch to confirm the right key and the specific expense account.

The 16% IVA breaks out line by line on the CFDI 4.0. For free-zone deliveries (typical of IMMEX operations in Baja California, Sonora or Tamaulipas), IVA is calculated at 0% and the Free Zone complement attaches with the SAT authorisation number. For deliveries with Carta Porte across state lines, the Carta Porte 3.0 complement attaches with the carrier's data.

For corporates with international conferences (USMCA, EU, Asia), we attach to the kit the temporary export documentation with pedimento and the temporary entry letter for working equipment. The Mexican invoice goes out in MXN at the day's exchange rate and is paired with an American invoice when the corporate requires it for their US books.

Sizes, colours and stock curve

The shirt in the corp 50 final bundle follows the curve XS 10%, S 30%, M 35%, L 15%, XL 5%, with L and XL on backup stock for replacements. The backpack and thermos are unisex. The USB is universal. For engineers with sensitive backs, we run a version with reinforced lumbar support. For female engineers, we run a version with contoured cut and adjusted torso length.

Shirt colours and DTF print get selected on the first order and stay stable to build brand identity. The most common combinations in Mexican tech companies are: black shirt + white print + black backpack for infrastructure and DevOps profiles; white shirt + corporate-colour print + grey backpack for product and design profiles; navy shirt + white print + navy backpack for backend and frontend development profiles.

For corporates with more than 50 engineers in the technical team, we run rotating stock at the warehouse with biweekly replenishment. The corporate pays for the kit only when the engineer's start is confirmed, with no minimum monthly volume commitment. Premium logistics runs with DHL or FedEx and delivery in 24 to 48 hours to any state in the country. For corporates with multiple legal entities, we run segregated batches per RFC with independent invoicing per entity.

Pricing, MOQ and timelines

Pricing in MXN before 16% IVA. The corp 50 final bundle starts at $2,890 MXN per unit from MOQ 20. In quarterly series of 50 kits or more, the unit cost drops to $2,520 MXN. In annual contracts above 200 kits with quarterly deliveries, the unit cost drops to $2,180 MXN with safety stock reserved at our premium CDMX and Monterrey warehouses. The CFDI 4.0 invoice is issued at month close with full deductibility under marketing or technical tooling expense.

Production runs 15 to 18 business days for kits with DTF print and personalised embroidery. Series above 50 kits require 22 to 25 business days with a 6-week lead time ahead of the first conference. Delivery goes to the corporate office with acknowledgement from the engineering manager or directly to the engineer's home with premium courier (DHL, FedEx).

For IMMEX corporates in the free zone, the kit is assembled in Tijuana or Monterrey with cross-border delivery in 24 to 48 hours and Carta Porte at 0% IVA. For engineers based in the US or Canada under USMCA, the kit ships with temporary customs entry for personal effects and temporary export letter for corporate goods.

FAQ — corp 50 final bundle

Can you include the corporate tech stack on the stickers?

Yes. Stickers in the kit are customised with the corporate logo, the main tech stack (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Azure, Terraform, Python, Go, Rust, Java, Scala, Kafka, Spark, Airflow, dbt, Snowflake, Databricks, Postgres, MongoDB, Redis, GraphQL, gRPC, etc.), URL of the tech blog or careers and team name. Stickers are white or transparent vinyl with die-cutting and permanent adhesive. They ship in packs of 6 to 12 stickers per engineer.

What happens if the engineer resigns before completing the year?

The kit counts as a work tool delivered to the engineer. No return applies. The corporate decides whether to deduct residual kit value from severance (common practice at senior and lead levels) or absorb it as a period expense. The original invoice remains as support for the deductible expense. For engineers leaving before 30 days, the kit invoices in full because it was delivered and used at conferences.

Can you deliver in free zone at 0% IVA?

Yes. For IMMEX corporates in Baja California, Sonora or Tamaulipas, we deliver into free zone with 0% IVA CFDI and the Free Zone complement attached. The Carta Porte is issued with origin at our Tijuana or Matamoros warehouse and destination at the client's office. For engineers based in the free zone, the kit ships complete with 0% and a fiscal address complement.

Do the backpack and thermos meet cabin baggage rules?

Yes. The backpack measures 45 × 32 × 18 cm, inside the IATA carry-on standard for economy class. The thermos is 500 ml and TSA-compliant for liquids in carry-on. For engineers flying to the US, Canada or Europe for tech conferences, the kit ships without restrictions. The CFDI 4.0 includes technical description for per-diem deductibility when documented as part of the conference travel programme.

Can you include MIFARE NFC cards for networking?

Yes. For engineers with active networking participation, we include MIFARE NTAG213 NFC card pre-loaded with the engineer's contact information (name, title, email, LinkedIn, GitHub, phone). The receiver taps the card with their phone and the contact loads automatically without needing an app. Compatible with iPhone 7+ and NFC-enabled Android. The NFC card invoices separately with its own line on the CFDI 4.0 under the marketing tools line.

Do you handle DTF shirts with complex multi-colour designs?

Yes. DTF printing supports up to 12 colours without degradation, smooth gradients, metallic effects, foil and high-definition details under 1 mm. For corporates with detailed tech branding (gradients, lighting effects, logos with small details), we recommend DTF over screen printing. Durability is 60 washes per the manufacturer's technical sheet, beating standard screen printing's 25 to 35 washes.
