Corp Pack 33 Final: the IMMEX stand that closes deals with regional weight

Corp Pack 33 Final closes the tangible loop of your Mexican IMMEX corporate at industrial trade shows across the Bajio, northern and western Mexico: embroidered polo with logo and executive name, technical backpack with laptop and brochure capacity, metal thermos with laser engraving, business cards and technical brochure with product specs, NOM certifications and case studies. CFDI 4.0 issues at 0% IVA with Free Trade Zone complement when shipping from IMMEX plant, or at 16% with interstate Carta Porte when the trade show runs outside the plant state.

Why the IMMEX trade show stands on credibility, not decoration

The Mexican IMMEX plant that participates in industrial trade shows like Expo Manufactura in Guadalajara, Industrial Transformation in Leon, Fab Tech Mexico in Monterrey or AeroExpo in Queretaro invests between MXN 200,000 and MXN 1.5 million on stand assembly, executive travel and promotional material. The question is no longer whether to participate, but how to ensure that the executive who visited the stand leaves with a tangible memory that survives the return to plant. The executive who took a backpack with technical brochure and a card with the account manager direct number calls back; the one who left with only a generic flyer crosses his arms when the salesperson rings.

Corp Pack 33 Final assembles in compliance with the IMMEX corporate brand image and adaptation to the trade show type. For technical shows (Fab Tech, Industrial Transformation, Hannover Messe Mexico), the brochure prints on coated paper with product technical specs, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949 certifications and automotive Tier 1 and Tier 2 case studies. For general manufacturing shows (Expo Manufactura, Ferretera), the brochure focuses on installed capacity, lead time and Tier 1 and Tier 2 brand case studies. Trade show adaptation is key because the executive who visits changes with the show.

For IMMEX corporates with plant in free trade zone (typical of Tijuana, Mexicali, Ciudad Juarez, Matamoros and Nogales), the kit assembles at 0% IVA with Free Trade Zone complement attached to CFDI 4.0. Carta Porte issues with origin at the customer free trade zone warehouse and destination at the trade show venue. For IMMEX corporates with plant outside free trade zone (typical of Queretaro, San Luis Potosi, Aguascalientes and Guanajuato), the kit invoices at 16% IVA with deduction as commercial promotion expense under Article 27 of the Income Tax Law.

The Mexican IMMEX corporate with a serious trade show program schedules its participation 18 to 24 months ahead of the event. Corp Pack 33 Final prices per specific trade show and invoices against delivery to the stand team. For corporates participating in more than four shows per year, we run annual contract with fixed unit price and stock reserved at our Leon, Monterrey and Guadalajara warehouses. Trade show participation certificate attaches to the corporate tax file.

How trade show programs invoice

Corp Pack 33 Final runs in three billing modes. First is per specific trade show with closed price: the corporate confirms the number of executives participating in the show, receives the CFDI 4.0 at the close of the show month, and pays net 30 days with payment complement at 60 days when annual contract specifies. Second is annual contract with fixed unit price and invoice against actual delivery per trade show, with calendar set 60 days ahead of the event. Third is rotating stock administration for corporates with more than four shows per year, with automatic replenishment and consumption-based invoicing.

CFDI usage depends on the corporate tax regime. For General Regime, invoice fires with G03 (general expenses) when the kit is booked as commercial promotion, or D01 when booked as stand team training. For RESICO, invoice fires with G03. Supporting documentation includes delivery receipt signed by the stand lead, photo record of the stand with material delivered, and copy of trade show participation certificate from the venue.

IVA splits by line in CFDI 4.0. For deliveries in free trade zone (typical IMMEX in Baja California, Sonora and Tamaulipas), IVA calculates at 0% with Free Trade Zone complement. For interstate Carta Porte 3.0 deliveries, the complement attaches with authorized carrier data. CFDI cancellation or correction processes within 24 hours of request when the corporate detects error in recipient name, RFC or CFDI usage key.

IMMEX compliance and free trade zone

The Mexican IMMEX corporate operates under the Decreto para el Fomento de la Industria Manufacturera, Maquiladora y de Servicios de Exportacion, and its tax regime includes specific advantages when its plant sits in free trade zone. Corp Pack 33 Final invoices at 0% IVA when delivery operates from a free trade zone plant, with the Free Trade Zone complement attached to CFDI 4.0. Carta Porte issues with origin at the customer free trade zone warehouse and destination at the trade show venue.

For IMMEX corporates with plant outside free trade zone (common in Queretaro, San Luis Potosi, Aguascalientes, Jalisco and Guanajuato), the kit invoices at 16% IVA with deduction as commercial promotion expense under Article 27 of the Income Tax Law. Trade show participation certificate attaches to the corporate tax file for SAT support. For IMMEX corporates with multiple RFC entities and centralized trade show participation, we run consolidated kit with breakdown per entity in a single invoice with lines separated by RFC.

Size compliance in the Bajio IMMEX corporate follows a curve dominated by M, G and XG with smaller CH and XGG presence. We hold reserved stock curves for customers with recurring trade show programs. Stand team delivery runs with tracked carrier or direct delivery at the trade show hotel. For corporates with multiple executives on the stand, we segregate lots by executive with individual labels and consolidated invoicing to the corporate.

Pricing, MOQ and lead times

Pricing in MXN before IVA. Corp Pack 33 Final starts at MXN 2,580 per unit from MOQ 15 executives. In series of 50 kits or more, price drops to MXN 2,240. In annual contracts over 200 kits with trade show-scheduled deliveries, price drops to MXN 2,050 with safety stock reserved at our Leon, Monterrey and Guadalajara warehouses. CFDI 4.0 issues at the close of the trade show month with G03 and full deductibility as commercial promotion expense.

Production lead times run 15 to 18 business days for kits with custom embroidery and technical brochure with specs. Series over 50 kits require 20 to 25 business days with scheduling 4 weeks before the trade show opening. Stand team delivery runs with tracked carrier 7 to 10 days ahead of the event. For hotel venue delivery, scheduling is 48 hours ahead with the list of authorized recipients.

For IMMEX corporates with cross-border operations, the kit assembles in Tijuana or Monterrey with delivery in 24 to 48 hours and Carta Porte at 0% IVA. For multi-RFC corporates with centralized trade show participation, we run consolidated kit with breakdown per entity in a single invoice. For international deliveries (rare but existing for corporates sharing a stand with a US partner), the kit invoices with USD reference.

FAQ — Corp Pack 33 Final

Can you embroider the executive name on every polo?

Yes. Every polo embroiders individually with executive name, title and assigned region. The roster arrives in Excel format with columns for name, title, region, size and RFC when required for invoice. Embroidery runs on the right chest in consistent typography. The roster confirmation closes 10 business days before delivery to guarantee production lead time.

Does the technical brochure include specific automotive certifications?

Yes. For automotive corporates, the brochure includes IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, NOM-006 and Tier 1 and Tier 2 OEM case studies. For electronics corporates, it includes ISO 9001, ISO 14001, UL when applicable and global brand case studies. For medical device corporates, it includes ISO 13485, NOM-016-SSA3, FDA registration when applicable and device case studies. Industry-specific adaptation is key for trade show effectiveness.

Do you comply with 0% IVA for free trade zone plant?

Yes. For IMMEX corporates with plant in free trade zone, we issue CFDI 4.0 at 0% IVA with Free Trade Zone complement attached with SAT authorization number. Carta Porte issues with origin at the customer free trade zone warehouse and destination at the trade show venue. For deliveries to hotel venue outside the free trade zone, the 0% rate holds because the goods do not enter fiscalized territory, only transit transport.

Can you deliver the kit to the trade show hotel?

Yes. For hotel venue delivery, the delivery schedules 48 hours ahead with list of stand personnel and room number. The driver presents official ID, carrier badge and packing list with executive name and assigned kit. For corporates with stands at venues like Expo Guadalajara, Cintermex or Poliforum Leon, we run direct delivery at the venue loading area with prior coordination with the organizing committee.

Can you include signage and displays for the stand?

No. Corp Pack 33 Final does not include stand displays or signage because their design and production requires specific cubic measurement of the contracted space, mounting with specialized crew and disassembly at trade show close. Displays and signage are handled by the assembly company contracted by the corporate. We provide the tangible material that goes to the visitor, not the stand structure. Coordination with the assembly company happens directly between the corporate and the assembler.

Do you handle kits for international trade shows?

Yes. For corporates participating in international trade shows like Hannover Messe Germany, IMTS Chicago or FABTECH Mexico, we deliver the kit with brochure translated to English or German, bilingual card and laser-engraved thermos in the venue country language. Stand team delivery runs with tracked international carrier and invoicing with USD reference. International trade show participation certificate attaches to the corporate tax file for international promotion expense support.
