Materials, evaluation and DC-3 certificate

The coaching kit final is produced with materials that withstand intensive handling during the programme: 600D polyester backpack with reinforced stitching, hard-cover manual with Singer stitching and 200 g coated paper, 32 GB password-protected encrypted USB, and stitched notebook to sustain the hours of use during the programme. Learning evaluation runs with three instruments: diagnostic evaluation at the start, formative evaluation during the programme and summative evaluation at the end, with self-assessment template and individual development plan.

The programme certificate is signed by the instructor and the corporate training officer, with corporate seal and control folio. For programmes registered with STPS, the certificate is attached to the worker's file and reported to the corporate training system per DC-3 (work skills certificate). For soft-skills and leadership programmes, the certificate is issued with the corporate seal and attached to the employee's development file. CFDI 4.0 is stamped with breakdown per line and participant, 16% IVA and generic concept (training material).

Programme logistics, instructor and HR

The coaching kit final is delivered directly to the classroom, workshop or meeting room 24 to 48 hours ahead of the programme start. For corporates headquartered in Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey or Querétaro we deliver to the corporate classroom with coordination with HR and Training. For programmes at hotels or convention centres we deliver to the event ballroom with instructor setup and liaison with the venue's logistics area. For programmes at the plant we deliver to the safety and hygiene module or training area with signature against list and coordination with the shift supervisor.

Participant data handling complies with LFPDPPP: name, RFC, CURP, signature, photo and email are used exclusively for the programme and certificate, are not transferred outside the workshop and the corporate, and are deleted 5 years after the programme closes per the STPS retention term. For corporates with a permanent training programme we attach the supporting documentation to the kit: training plan, instructor registration and training officer letter.

The production calendar runs 18 business days for runs up to 100 pieces and 25 business days for larger runs with editorial material and tools. Delivery in Mexico City is on the workshop's account within 5 business days; to the rest of the country within 7 to 12 business days. For urgent programmes with less than 12 business days we activate express production with a +35% surcharge on list price.

Yes — we run up to three versions of the material per programme per cohort: an executive version with leadership manual, a mid-management version with team management manual, an operator version with technical induction manual. The invoice is issued consolidated with breakdown per cohort and level.
