Final corporate kit: the box that lands on the boardroom table before the first agenda item

The final corporate kit is not a courtesy gift. It is the material translation of a Mexican corporate identity manual into a single object placed in front of each board member, shareholder, audit-committee invitee or counterparty in a due-diligence process, before the first agenda item of the session. A black-linen box with a magnetic closure, a wax seal and a corporate monogram that holds the leather portfolio with the crest in hot-stamping, the board notebook bound in cloth, the rollerball pen with a metal body, the thermos with deep laser engraving, the PVC credential with chip, the manual signed by the CEO and the letterhead sheet with the corporate gold seal. We work with boards of directors across Mexico City, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Querétaro and Mérida, with due-diligence rooms in Polanco, Santa Fe, Valle Oriente and Torre Reforma, and with cross-border M&A deals where the counterparty is a US or Canadian fund operating under USMCA. Production from 8 pieces. CFDI 4.0 invoicing filed at SAT, 16% VAT, SPEI payment complement in MXN or USD, IMMEX deduction where applicable, insured courier delivery nationwide.

Name capture, fine curation and sensitive data

The final corporate kit requires pre-collection of the recipient's full name, position, RFC where applicable, CURP for domestic invitees, passport or visa number for foreign guests, thermos and credential size, and building access levels. The capture sheet is cross-referenced with the corporate's official list and cancelled invitees are removed before piloting. Names and titles are engraved with a 30 W fibre laser calibrated to a constant depth on metal, leather or acrylic, and confirmed with a physical proof signed by the corporate protocol office before the production run.

Fine curation of the final corporate kit differs from a standard welcome kit in three points: the packaging material is linen, reconstituted leather or aged leather instead of 350 g cardboard; metal hardware is copper, brass or blackened steel instead of injection-moulded plastic; and engravings are done by fire, laser or hot-stamping instead of screen-printing. A corporate that invests in this curation tier usually runs an institutional identity manual with a proprietary palette, typographic system and application rules that the workshop follows to the letter.

Delivery, protocol and confidentiality

The final corporate kit is delivered to the boardroom or the due-diligence room 60 to 90 minutes before the start of the session, placed at the invitee's seat. For sessions held in hotels (Four Seasons, St. Regis, Presidente InterContinental, JW Marriott) we deliver directly to the banqueting department with the maître's acknowledgement. For cross-border due diligence we deliver to the corporate data room, the investment bank's offices or the law firm's meeting rooms (Creel, Galicia, Ramírez, Sánchez Devanny, Baker McKenzie, White & Case, Cleary Gottlieb).

All information contained in the final corporate kit is handled under a non-disclosure agreement signed by the workshop and the courier. The encrypted USB drives are generated with AES-256 partition and wiped within 72 hours of the event with a destruction certificate. The CFDI 4.0 invoice is filed to the corporate with a per-piece breakdown, 16% VAT and SPEI payment complement. When the corporate pays from abroad, we receive SPEI from a USD account at a Mexican bank with a New York or Toronto correspondent, and we issue CFDI 4.0 with the international-payment complement at the Banco de México FIX exchange rate of the day of the transaction.
